Tell me one flat earther who has explored the earth and mapped it. I suppose he went in a straight line and went over the edge.
The aeronaut can see for himself that Earth is a Plane. The appearance presented to him, even at the highest elevation he has ever attained, is that of a concave surface—this being exactly what is to be expected of a surface that is truly level, since it is the nature of level surfaces to appear to rise to a level with the eye of the observer. This is ocular demonstration and proof that Earth is not a globe.

The human eye is incapable of detecting the difference in ”level” of water over small distances (up to a few miles). You are making claims beyond your capacity to know.
When you feel curious, do some research on the towers of the Verrazano Narrows Bridge in New York. You might be surprised.

And if you looked into it further, you'd find that even ball Earthers admit that the "ceremonial" south pole advertised on the map by the tourist company is not the "real" south pole. Why not put the ceremonial south pole at the real south pole, if the real south pole does indeed exist and can be so readily visited by tourists?
More rank ignorance. There is no need to make allowance for the Earth’s curvature when building such systems because “level” follows the Earth’s curvature perfectly. Engineers and surveyors use “level” as the reference.

that's both false information and a false conclusion.
the earth is big, hence the local curvature small.
you don't need to include the curvature for relatively small scale construction - so your conclusion is false.
But for very large scale things like bridges across the Florida keys, you do. and for tall buildings the coriolis force ((which is directly calculated from the earth's rotation)) must be taken into account - so your statement is also false.
