I received a friend request from someone I don't know n the other social network. after saying hellos, I answered his question with a question, like "are you real?, sorry for asking, I don't mean to be rude. He was upset and replied like I don't have manners. Awwww.. am I really that rude? Well, I'm just careful. Is it wrong to be frank or straightforward to a person you don't know?[/QUOTE
There is a saying "The best defence is a good offense". Why is he attacking a very honest and prudent question? A real person would have appreciated that you were cautious and not taken offense or pretended to take offense. Even if he is for real you have had some insight into his personality and I'd say good bye to this one. They have issues that you do not want. He is already trying to make you apologize and feel badly. These are red flags. Scammers will also try and disarm you this way. You are worthy of so much more.
