Just like Jesus said that you MUST worship GOD in Spirit and in Truth AND you must adhere to every word of GOD. Just thinking you know Jesus is not enough.

John 4:24 - God is a Spirit: and they that worship him MUST worship him in spirit and in truth.

Matthew 4:4 - But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

So, why do you reject some of the truth?

--

If you had the true Spirit and Water, you wouldn't be rejecting God's Word or His original Covenant People and deny them what God said would happen for them and when.

--

God made a covenant to save those who believe in His Son, then He chose people for service and then they completed their service.

Actually the Bible makes that very clear.... you are really on shaky ground if you think ethnicity means automatic salvation.
For pity's sake stop.
I DO NOT think "ethnicity means automatic salvation".
I have NEVER so much as insinuated anything of the sort.
And no one on this thread who espouses the same soteriological/eschatological view as my own thinks so either.

Rather it is you that trots out that nonsense post after post.
Evidently your play is to erect another straw man meant to incite and indict.

When Paul said that the seed of Isaac was called, through Jacob, he makes sure that they are saved, just like the rest of us. The problem is that you don't understand how it doesn't happen all at the same time or even in the same age. It's a work in progress until God/Jesus says it's complete and the heaven and earth passes away.

Hmm, I thought all Israel meant all Israel.
Can you be consistent please.

Okay, well when you do not understand the language from the original audience point of view, all kinds of weird ideas develop.
Kinda like this one...

Had my fill for the day, moving on.

You obviously weren't listening to God again.

  • Exodus 3:6 – “Then he said, ‘I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.’”
  • Exodus 3:15 – “The LORD, the God of your fathers—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob—has sent me to you.”
  • Exodus 3:16 – “‘The LORD, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, has appeared to me…”
  • Exodus 4:5 – “...that they may believe that the Lord, the God of their fathers—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob—has appeared to you.”
  • 1 Kings 18:36 – “LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that thou art God in Israel…”
  • 2 Chronicles 30:6 – “...the LORD God of our fathers, who hath sent us to this place, that we might appear before him.” (Contextually linked to the patriarchal title in parallel references).
  • Matthew 22:32 – “‘I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.’ He is not the God of the dead, but of the living.”
  • Mark 12:26 – “...how in the bush God spake unto him, saying, I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob?”
  • Luke 20:37 – “...when he calleth the Lord the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.”
  • Acts 3:13 – “The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus…”

@HeIsHere

Here are more verses for you, AGAIN:

  • Genesis 21:12 – "And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken unto her voice; for in Isaac shall thy seed be called."
  • Genesis 17:19 – "And God said, Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him."
  • Romans 9:7 – "Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called." (Paul quoting Genesis 21:12)
  • Hebrews 11:18 – "Of whom it was said, That in Isaac shall thy seed be called:" (quoting Genesis 21:12)

@HeIsHere,

Here's another one to drive home my point and that I already posted in a three part series earlier in this thread a few pages back.

  • Galatians 4:22-23 – "For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by the bondmaid, the other by the free woman. But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the free woman, by the promise."

Ishmael was born after the flesh. Isaac was born by the promise.

Genesis 17:19 - And God said, Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him.

The Bible tells us that it is narrowed down to the seed of Jacob after Isaac.

  • Isaiah 10:20–23 – "The remnant shall return, the remnant of Jacob, unto the mighty God."

In the Old Testament, "remnant" consistently refers to a faithful portion of Jacob's descendants (Isaiah 10:20–21; 46:3; 48:1; Jeremiah 23:3; Zephaniah 3:12–13). But the New Testament extends the principle beyond Jacob's line.

So, while the promise has been extended to us as Gentiles, there will always be a REMNANT of the actual seed from each age, in which God/Jesus will call and save to carry out HIS SOVEREIGN PURPOSE AND WILL for Israel.
