I believe it is a mistake to box everything into a neat little package. We are to compare scripture with scripture. Have you considered that the nations might be the dead who have died in the past, before the manifestation of the Son of God, and that are resurrected after the millennium. I believe key scripture is found in Ezekiel 34-39.

Most people spiritualize the raising of the dead bones of Israel, but what happens when you take Ezekiel 37-39 literally? Where, and when, are they resurrected? Rev 20:5 speaks of the dead that are resurrected after the millennium. Is this not the natural branch that is grafted back into the tree that Paul speaks of? Revelation 20:6 speaks of death having no power over the first resurrection, but the implication is that death does have power over the second resurrection which occurs after the millennium. Who are the children that shall die a hundred years old?

There are three places where God speaks of uniting the two kingdoms. The one is in Ezekiel 37:16-23, and another is found in Ezekiel 31:31, and the third is found in Hebrews 8:8.

As I live, saith the LORD, thou shalt surely clothe thee with them all, as with an ornament, and bind them on thee, as a bride doeth. For thy waste and thy desolate places, and the land of thy destruction, shall even now be too narrow by reason of the inhabitants, and they that swallowed thee up shall be far away. The children which thou shalt have, after thou hast lost the other, shall say again in thine ears, The place is too strait for me: give place to me that I may dwell. Then shalt thou say in thine heart, Who hath begotten me these, seeing I have lost my children, and am desolate, a captive, and removing to and fro? and who hath brought up these? Behold, I was left alone; these, where had they been? Thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I will lift up mine hand to the Gentiles, and set up my standard to the people: and they shall bring thy sons in their arms, and thy daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders. And kings shall be thy nursing fathers, and their queens thy nursing mothers: they shall bow down to thee with their face toward the earth, and lick up the dust of thy feet; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD: for they shall not be ashamed that wait for me.

The only places God and Magog are mentioned is in Ezekiel 38, after Israel is resurrected from the grave, and Revelation 20:8.

The firstfruits were resurrected when Christ was resurrected.

Scripture says it plainly:
1 Corinthians 15:20 — “Christ is risen… and become the firstfruits of them that slept.”
1 Corinthians 15:23 — “Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at His coming.”
There is no earlier resurrection, no separate group, no hidden harvest.

Christ’s resurrection is the firstfruits resurrection.

My understanding is that Jesus preached to the souls in paradise.
He also preached to the souls in hell.
The firstfruits had to be millions upon millions..

I think it is in 1peter where those that died in the flood were preached to.
