Again the 7th day is not Saturday or any other particular day of our week. We're only equating Saturday with the 7th day because of man made calendars. When the Sabbath starts, the whole earth will know.

Boy, am I thankful for this day, and thankful for everything God has given me this week (both tests and blessings)! But I'm also thankful for this Sabbath that He has set apart from all other days as a reminder of the rest He gives us.

May we all walk in peace and rest on this joyous day!

JESUS said in the Gospel that;

"My FATHER is always working and I too must work."

What was HE doing on the day of Sabbath, resting on this joyous day that you, as still man/carnal/flesh proclaim?

All that HE performed on the day of Sabbath, that offended the Pharisees who were faithful to them and would may become your best friend, who were according to the Law of Moses, justifies that HIS righteousness of the New Covenant tore the Temple curtain into two.

That is why HE boldly continued doing the FATHER's will on the very same day of rest and proclaimed;

"I AM the LORD of/over the Sabbath."

Our day of rest is in Heaven where our home is to celebrate Sabbath forever, How can the LORD practice rest here on earth, when HE uttered this;

1. "Foxes have dens and birds have nest, but the SON of man have no place to rest." (Here on earth)

2. "My Kingdom is not of this world."

Did i just witness this JESUS in you or you your 'self', who is still man, in carnal/flesh, babes in CHRIST testifying?

Shabbat Shalom!

Keeping the Sabbath does what? How does it change you? Explain, If a drunk keeps Sabbath then he is a drunk that keeps sabbath. right or wrong.

Below is the quote from Hebrews about entering into rest. Yes, we must labor to enter into that rest, for it speaks of a future rest. It says "For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day." Our permanent rest is another day, not yet disclosed, and we must labor to enter into that rest. The Children of Israell, while in the wilderness were disobedient, and because of this, they were disallowed to enter into God's rest. If you believe you are resting now, then you do not labor for anything. Then rest on your laurels, but common sense, and the Word teach us that faith without works is no faith at all.

Heb 4:8
For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.
Heb 4:9
There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.
Heb 4:10
For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.
Heb 4:11
Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.
Heb 4:12
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Heb 4:13
Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
Heb 4:14
Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
Heb 4:15
For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
Heb 4:16
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Heb 4:8

Shabbat Shalom Achi. Col tuv l'olam v'ad. Have a wonderful Shabbat, the one we set aside to remember what our Maker did for us all, the good and the evil alike. Praise God, amen.

Any one show NT Sabbath, the only NT sabbath that can be shown is Jesus Christ. Why support what didn't work?

Guess I scared everyone away I do have that tendency, but I enjoy conversation oh well.

Oh come on . Chubeena amd elf3 and fredjames and Gandalf. I know you got something to say or are you chicken? yea it's a public forum and yes it will be recorded, but square your shoulders and face up.

But what does that do for the drunk?

Therefore go!, to all drunks in the name of LORD JESUS CHRIST, when they are sober, man to men and woman to women, on the day of Sabbath and minister onto them the GOSPEL and liberate them from their bondage.

Then you will be acting like your MASTER, who did the same things on the day of Sabbath in Jerusalem that day.

Kerry, your questions have been answered..............earlier in this thread. When people see someone is not paying attention, they usually do not continue with them. You do usually wind up having that effect.

Good Job Jack, spank me and send me to my room, with tears.

Now why couldn't, Chubbena, and elf3, and Gandalf, or Kimber321 do that?

Oh well, it;s impossible for me to keep Sabbath as I have to work so I guess I will hang myself. What's wrong with that I meant Once saved always saved so what do I have to lose?
