Actually Kim, the EWI USB is a class of "wind controller" devices. Yeah, that's really what they're called. I didn't want to use that term because of all the flatulence jokes that would generate.

It's a go-to for me on those days when I just don't have time to put together something more complex. Between class late this afternoon and AA tonight, I just don't have time to stand at the stove, but I can slap a casserole in the oven and let the hot box do the hard work. I'm simple about my tuna noodle casserole - wide egg noodles, tuna fish, cream of mushroom soup. Done. Oh...but I do have some french fried onion topping to use instead of crushed potato chips...bonus.
OOOOOO I have some Swedish fried onions to put on top....oh yummy.....Can't wait for Friday....dinner.
