No. It wasn't that. She talked about the date set up. She was saying when he arrived for the date,when she saw him she didn't know who he was.I think she just meant they were set up on a blind date, and she didn't know who he was going to be until she met him. But surely she would have recognised him at least when they did meet.

Actors and actresses lie for a living. I wouldn't want to marry one, I couldn't tell if they were acting or not. They could just be pretending to be in love....and everything else.
Harry was in the paper again this time the OpEd section where a lawyer wrote about how when someone sues someone in court it doesn't do anything to save their reputation or vindicate them (esp when they lose) and it just costs a lot of time and money.
Harry being a famous example, but also Oscar Wilde, and a noted Australian war veteran. (who I never heard of)
I'm not sure what Harry's court costs/bills are, but they would be in the thousands if not millions. He tried to sue the press for writing stuff about him that he claimed got without permission/bugged his phone/invaded his privacy. But he had no case.
Yes it sucks but making them pay for perceived damages isn't going to help anyone. He ended up having to pay them for the time he wasted.

I didn't read the book except for a few passages here and there. My wife read the whole book though.
Honestly I don't think you missed much. I sort of skimmed over his army days. I really wanted to know more about what he remembered about his mum.
But...it was all a bit of a haze for him, esp when he was tripping on mushrooms and stealing/borrowing food from Courtenay Cox's fridge.

Harry has decided he's going to make an anniversary documentary about his mother, which may be picked up by Netflix, after his Uncle Charles Spencer wrote a memoir about his sister Diana.
Brother Charles wrote about his memories of Diana in Swan Song, my sister Diana which has just been released, and is also being serialised in the Daily Rag, for those who don't bother reading whole books.
I mean Daily Mail.
I haven't read it yet, (am in library queue holds request for it) but so far, news, or gossip is brother Charles wrote about overhearing husband Charles saying something horrible about his late sister after her tragic death. I won't repeat the exact words here, its just too sad.
Palace retailiated by saying his memory could be faulty, or that his memories were coloured by...actually I forget. But they thought he wasn't wise to bring that trauma up again. However brother Charles claimed he wrote the memoir for himself and his sisters memories were personal to him, and he wasn't going to be interviewed for a doco or be a talking head, and he didn't want others to write their books about her when they didn't know her from childhood as he did.
Now Harry's doco, to mark the 30th anniversary of his mothers passing, is going to look back on her life. In memoir Spare, it wasn't about her as he had hazy memories and glossed/blanked out everything with drugs. He was only 12 years old anyway.
Newspapers are saying its going to infuriate his brother William AGAIN. But William is of the 'never complain, never explain' Team Royal.
Team H & M don't care, they are doing it their way. 9 years ago the brothers did collab on two docos of their mum. I can't remember seeing them all but do remember some clips and they only had good things to say about her.
Their Dad, so far hasn't said anything to tarnish her memory or anything disrespectful, but we all know they had a massive feud before the divorce and used to have blazing rows which ended up quite violent - Diana threw herself down the stairs at one point. Charles had a quick temper - so does William. Well they all do. Nothing was peaceful in that household when they were all together.
Anyway that is the news of the ongoing saga... from a Royal watcher oversaturated with Palace intrigues, feuds, and drama.
