Attributing Official Catholic doctrine to every Catholic is at best ignorant. Another point; if you were born into a deeply devoted Catholic family and that is all you ever knew, and you desired to seek God, you would probably be doing the same thing until you knew better.
People who were raised in homes with parents who were in error, don't need to be criticized for what they believe in. They need someone to gently show them where they were taught wrong.
Another ignorant remark. If you have read about many of these people who the Catholics named saints, God actually did use a lot of the powerfully performing signs and wonders, healing the sick during the black plague, reforming the church (in good ways), and to bring entire cities to Jesus. The saints shouldn't be stereotyped based on the actions of those after them. If God used you powerfully in ministry and many in the church named you a saint and required people to pray to you after you died, how would it be fair to label you as: "A PEDIFILE AND HOMO CAN" if you had nothing to do with what the church was doing after your death?
