I heard that you can return stuff to WM without a receipt up to 3 times a year but you have to give them your drivers license and they keep your info on record so they can keep track of how many times you returned stuff without a receipt. I heard that a few years ago, don't know if it's still the same.

Ok i just looked it up... its still the same, and you can get cash back as long as its under $25. It doesn't say anything about 3 times a year. Here's the actual walmart page...

Today I witness Gods work through a neighbor....this young man came to us a couple weeks ago..
to ask about his radiator and if my SIL could help him fix it...he welded the seams for him...
he first went to the mechanic...500 dollars.....he has a family and cannot afford this.....
So ...we told him to ask God for help....as we witness to him...he did....today something
else happened...when he was telling his wife on the phone....his coworker said his mom
worked at a radiator place and she gets discounts....long story short...in the end it wound up
costing him.....33 dollars...he came to the door to thank us....we told him to thank God ...
we did nothing......lol....God is so good.....
 
Well, today is the big day. It is currently 5:30am as I am eating breakfast in front of the computer. I will be leaving the house at 8am. My flight departs at 10am. I will arrive in Tintin land after 2 hours and 50 minutes of flying.

For months now, I've got to know Tintin through text messages on a screen, through a voice over the phone, or as a face on a screen when we talk over webcam. Now, today, I will meet the person. AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

(I'll let you guys know if he's as tall as he says he is :p)

(P.S. We'll try to keep you guys posted/will take lots of photos)

(P.S.S I'm tempted to record the whole first meeting at the airport over my mobile phone so I can fill you guys in on that moment, but I'm pretty clumsy and will probably drop everything as well as trip over myself.)

Okay. So I sort of got my money back.

What I did was I returned it, got it on a card...gave the card to my sister, and she paid me the amount on the card in cash. Sort of had to do it the long way around...but I got my money back. Good gravy. What a wild day.

Things sure have a way to work out. Needed to sell my car to help pay for school- couldn't FOR the life of me do it. A week before I was planning on parking it to cancel insurance so I can atleast save on that, my brother's car is written off and needs a car to get to work Monday. He finds out that he is getting just over the amount I am asking for to sell it. So I sold my car to my brother tonight. He has a car. I have the money for school.

That sounds just like God to me. He always seems to wait until we think its hopeless.. or maybe its just our nature to expect things too quickly from him..

In other news, I'm eating oatmeal with butter and molasses for breakfast. This has nothing to do with anything or anyone here, but I thought I'd mention it because it's really yummy!

This is incorrect. No butter or molasses on the oatmeal. Brown sugar must be used. This may not please your dad. He might need a glass of juice. A toasted buttered bagel would appreciated too. Forget about the cream cheese because that is incorrect.
