Prayer for less symptoms and more mental and emotional stability would be awesome.

I have been using lorazepam, an anti anxiety medication, for about 5 years. I have been told that I should go onto non-dependent medicines for my anxiety instead and I’m all for that. But some of the withdrawal symptoms have been making me very anxious for no reason, very reactive and easily spooked. At first I thought I was getting worse but I think it’s because I literally went from like I think 4mg a day to 2mg. So yeah...my body is getting whimsy. Or in my case panicky.

But I am happy for stopping things that are having me be less healthy overall. 👌

That would be a positive step forward getting off that anti-anxiety drug. God will assist you in this endeavor. My late second wife was on this medication for years and near the end a coherent conversation was impossible.
