The Sabbath is one day in the week. The 1000 days are the 1000 days. Even if it were to be called a Sabbath, it is still separate from the Sabbath that is the day of rest one day a week.

The "Sabbath" is of the Lord. There is no scripture that mentions the direct connection of the "Sabbath" with God. The question cannot be answered without first understanding the difference in God and Lord. There is a difference defined by the first three chapters of genesis. The difference is between spiritual relationships hidden by understanding. Note genesis 2:2 then genesis 2:4 then genesis 3:22 then genesis 4 with the spirit of Adam as Lord. This is where one becomes spiritually separated from God completely. Your spirituality then slays, unintentionally, over 30 different spirits through out the bible to take that spirit's life blood for understanding and mixing it with the iniquities of your own understanding of the "Sabbath". Hence the word sabbath and all the crazy rules.
Numbers 15
13 All that are born of the country shall do these things after this manner, in offering an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the Lord.
14 And if a stranger sojourn with you, or whosoever be among you in your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto theLord; as ye do, so he shall do.

I'm not arguing but genesis is my law....i am of God and God only. I read past genesis 1 without slaying all the perfect spirit's made of God. I try to offer my own iniquities to God without reading them through another biblical spirit's story/life without changing the story with my own understanding. There is one meaning that we all seek to the biblical story and we know that meaning when we have no other between ourselves and God.

He didn't, there was no one day that he observed and neither did Israel (Jacob). Not until Moses, The Pharisees asked Jesus are you greater than our father Moses and Jesus said " before moses was I AM" some body get some warm water.

24 And they laid it up till the morning, as Moses bade: and it did not stink, neither was there any worm therein.
25 And Moses said, Eat that to day; for to day is a sabbath unto the Lord: to day ye shall not find it in the field.

Let's try this again without the sarcasm. What does this mean. Have you found this day that is on the wise? Have you found it from the beginning?
For one to enter into eternal rest with God , he first must enter into his 7th day literal rest now if he does not he will be lost because of unbelief of keepin the sabbath now .
