They know that fiat currency has a life expectancy around 80 years. They have prepared for this. $39 trillion in debt is $39 trillion of US taxpayer money paid to someone. Taxpayers are the losers, someone else is the winner.
It's always THEY get the gold mine and WE get the shaft!

Draft escalation-log entry (Dollar Hegemony Transition fault line):

  • Source tier: T2 (independent verification via Chinadaily/PBOC statement, CGTN); T4 for the video commentary itself
  • Signal: PBOC releases 2026-2030 implementation plan for RMB internationalization; simultaneously designates Deutsche Bank as first European (Frankfurt) RMB clearing bank
  • Why it triggers: Concrete institutional infrastructure step (clearing bank designation) rather than rhetorical commitment — meets your bar for actual mechanism-building vs. talk
  • Distortion check: Source video overstates novelty (conflates March 2026 15FYP adoption with Aug 2026 PBOC sector plan) and mixes in non-analytical gold/reserve-currency speculation and affiliate promotion — strip before logging
  • Next checkpoint: Watch for Deutsche Bank clearing volume data and whether other European banks receive similar designations in coming months

Canadian prepper thinks the lull in the action is because the US and Israel are planning something really big. The idea is that if you have to marshall all your resources for a giant attack it will cause a lull in the action. Think of the moments before a Tsunami when the ocean recedes way out.

Then it occurred to me, If Israel can restart their priesthood offering oblations and sacrifices on the Temple mount that would be a big deal politically for a sect of the Jews in Israel, that could strengthen Netanyahu's position. Likewise, it would be a big deal for Christians and could strengthen the populist base for Republicans going into the midterms. If he can destroy Iran and their proxies then there is nothing stopping the Jews from doing this.

I can see both Netanyahu and Trump thinking this is critical for their plans. Think about Kushner's plans for turning Gaza into a 21st century Riviera, or Atlantic City. A reformed priesthood with a temple on the temple mount is the big tourist attraction that will bring millions to Israel. But no one is going to take a vacation in a place being bombarded with missiles.

Well here we are the British sideplot's spinoff by-election that didn't need to happen, but yet here it is. Farage will likely keep his seat, but every vote Count Binface eats will represent how Farage once the clearcut favorite for the upcoming next PM via General Election basically threw his chance away for a dodgy stunt. It's a longshot but the Bin could technically win too, and in a rather poetic twist with Farage now being the last of the old establishment which he once was the maverick of, but even if he wins now it might be something of a political pyrrhic victory as his chances of becoming the next PM in the General Election take a nosedive.

Escalation-Log Entry — Update: Iran-Linked Water/OT Fault Line

Source tier:
T1–T2. FBI/EPA/CISA joint PSA (T1, primary federal advisory), confirming water and wastewater utility companies in at least seven states reported incidents to the FBI since July 27, 2026, with programmable logic controllers — specifically Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1100 and 1400 series — as the targeted OT devices. Corroborated by CBS News, Recorded Future/The Record, Axios, WaPo, NPR (T2, multi-outlet consistency). FBI

Signal — scope has widened since your last log entry:

  • State count now 12, up from 7 a week prior: "Water utilities in at least 12 states have reported cyberattacks on their operational technology, as the scope of a campaign allegedly linked to Iranian hackers continues to grow," with states including Michigan, Minnesota, Georgia, New Jersey, and South Dakota. The Record
  • New Jersey and Alabama now confirmed as targets, with attacks attributed to IRGC-affiliated actors resulting in temporary loss of automated monitoring and control, forcing a shift to manual operations. Rescana
  • Sector has expanded beyond water. An April CISA advisory (already in your log window) flagged PLC targeting across power grid operations, water/wastewater, and government services/facilities sectors as the U.S.-Israeli war against Iran entered its sixth week. NERC said it is "actively monitoring the grid" and coordinating with DOE and the Electricity Subsector Coordinating Council — this is the power-grid tie-in worth cross-referencing against your Iran/Energy Disruption fault line. Utility DiveUtility Dive
  • Attribution remains officially unconfirmed but consistently reported: federal agencies have declined to publicly attribute the attacks, though multiple sources point to Iran, which since 2023 has repeatedly targeted this type of water/wastewater OT. CISA's Acting Director publicly characterized it as "a significant increase in cyber threat actors targeting programmable logic controllers (PLC) at water utilities," urging operators to remove exposed PLCs from the internet. The RecordThe Record

Why it triggers: Scope expansion (7→12 states), sector expansion (water → grid-adjacent), and NJ/AL confirmation since your last check all meet your escalation threshold for a fault-line update rather than a new "checked, not triggered" note.

Nigel Farage is already claiming victory and trying to poise this as a reason to not have another scheduled by-election, but Count Binface appears on the floor of the voting center to the open media vowing to joust Farage even further and take him on again. So the results to be released around midnight for us in the USest tonight are still something of a momentum builder. Farage may survive politically for now but his political future is now most uncertain as Farage's dodgy gambit to duck his finances investigation fails him pretty hard and the normal by-election he'll be forced into in about a month or two appear fixed to click off like the clockwork of Big Ben, and so every vote for Count Binface here builds momentum to then a second, perhaps more tight contest to come.

The following is just a livestream and watch party with the results expected in about two hours from now.

The results are in and though Farage will keep his MP seat he also cowardly fled the vote count ceremony and his own victory speech of his own unneccessary Starmergeddon spinoff by-election that he himself triggered. Count Binface came in a decisive 2nd place with around 27% of the vote for the best result he has ever gotten in his many election runs which though he lost the race he now has broken out of the fringe politics and is a legitimate minority candidate in British politics. It's a curious case where though Farage wins he basically has thrown his chance of being the next PM in the next General Election into the bin.

Bessent: US Readies Economic Isolation Of Iran "Like The World Has Never Seen Before"

Friday, Aug 14, 2026 - 04:00 PM
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent told Newsmax Thursday night that the Trump administration will announce unprecedented economic measures against Iran next week, signaling that a sharp escalation in economic warfare is just ahead as negotiations to reopen the Strait of Hormuz remain stalled. The warning comes as Tehran-linked Houthi rebel forces resume attacks on Saudi Aramco energy infrastructure, raising concerns that the conflict is spreading geographically and pushing Brent crude futures higher.

Bessent told Rob Schmitt of Newsmax:

And, you know, at the president's orders, we have raised the level even again, and watch this space for more announcements coming next week because we are going to apply measures like have never been seen in the history of economic isolation on a country. And I think the reason we are succeeding is because it is a one-two punch.

People say, well, you know, Cuba lasted a long time. Venezuela lasted a long time. Venezuela immediately crumbled when we put the blockade on. So, it will be a combination of economic isolation like the world has never seen before and the continued blockade in the Strait of Hormuz that will keep anything from going in or out of the Iranian ports.

Christ Jesus is Israel, that is the everlasting Covenant, even Steve Bannon gets it.

Preferably because the Catholics, at least, did not fall for the Darby/Scofield bizarro world dipsy interpretation.

Not one Catholic predicted or foresaw the return of Israel at the same spot after not existing from AD70 to 1948. This is not a dipsy interpretation or bizarro. Facts do not care about opinion.

Besides Isaac Newton and William E Blackstone, are there others who predicted the return of Israel at the same spot when Israel did not exist?

Yes, there were several others—primarily Protestant theologians, Puritan scholars, Bible commentators, and Christian thinkers from the 17th to 19th centuries—who interpreted Old Testament prophecies (such as those in Ezekiel, Isaiah, Jeremiah, and others) literally and predicted the physical restoration or regathering of the Jewish people to their ancestral homeland in Palestine (the exact historical location of ancient Israel), long before the modern State of Israel was reestablished in 1948.

At the time, no sovereign Jewish state had existed in the region for roughly 1,800 years (since the Roman destruction of the Second Temple era and subsequent dispersions). These views formed part of what historians call early Christian Restorationism (or proto-Christian Zionism). Many of these figures expected this restoration alongside (or leading to) a mass conversion of Jews to Christianity and tied it to end-times or millennial expectations. Isaac Newton and William E. Blackstone fit squarely into this tradition; others preceded or paralleled them.

Here are some notable examples (chronological order, focusing on those who explicitly addressed return to the land):
  • Thomas Brightman (1562–1607), English Puritan clergyman and biblical commentator. In his posthumously published works (including commentaries on Daniel and Revelation, with a key 1615 piece Shall They Return to Jerusalem Again?), he argued strongly for the literal return of the Jews to Jerusalem and Palestine. He wrote: “There is nothing more certain: the prophets do everywhere confirm it and beat upon it.” He is often seen as one of the earliest and most influential English advocates of this view.

  • Sir Henry Finch (c. 1558–1625), English lawyer and Member of Parliament. In his 1621 book The World’s Great Restauration, or, The Calling of the Jews, he predicted both the restoration of the Jews to Palestine and their future earthly prominence and predominance.

    cdamm.org
    • Joseph Mede (1586–1638), influential Cambridge scholar and premillennialist. His works predicted the conversion of the Jewish people and the likelihood of their physical restoration to Palestine. He was highly influential on later thinkers, including Newton.

      cdamm.org
    • Thomas Draxe (d. 1618/19), English clergyman. In a 1615 work, he stated that Jews would form a “glorious restored nation in Palestine” and that “all the Prophets seeme to speak of this returne.”

    • cdamm.org
    • Isaac La Peyrère (1596–1676), French theologian (of Portuguese New Christian/Marrano background). In Du rappel des juifs (1643), he wrote about the recall of the Jews, their return to Palestine, the rebuilding of the Temple in Jerusalem, and Jerusalem’s future central role in world affairs.

      en.wikipedia.org
    • Increase Mather (1639–1723), prominent Puritan minister and president of Harvard College. In works like The Mystery of Israel’s Salvation (1669), he discussed the return of Jews from dispersion, their role in overcoming enemies, and their promotion to earthly pre-eminence in connection with the land.

      cdamm.org
    • John Owen (1616–1683), leading English Puritan theologian. He affirmed that the Jews would be gathered from all parts of the earth where scattered “and brought home into their own land,” along with conversion and a flourishing condition there.

    • William Whiston (1667–1752), mathematician, theologian, and Isaac Newton’s successor as Lucasian Professor at Cambridge. He argued that Jews would return to and restore their polity, temple, and worship in the Holy Land (the land of Canaan as an everlasting possession).

    • Jonathan Edwards (1703–1758), influential American theologian. He taught the national conversion of the Jews and speculated about the restoration of their external/national state in their own land.

      • ord Shaftesbury (Anthony Ashley-Cooper, 7th Earl of Shaftesbury, 1801–1885), prominent British evangelical politician and social reformer. He strongly advocated for Jewish resettlement in Palestine based on prophecy (famously associated with the phrase “a land without a people for a people without a land”). He published articles predicting Jews would return in greater numbers and flourish agriculturally in Judea and Galilee, and he influenced British policy and the London Society for Promoting Christianity Amongst the Jews (of which he was president).

Iran’s oil exports have dropped to nearly zero under the renewed US naval blockade, according to analysis from a former senior US Treasury official — who predicts that the economic impacts could hit the elite and destabilize the regime within two to three months.

Iran’s ability to ship oil out of the Strait of Hormuz to offset its current economic woes has hit a wall under the new blockade, with little to no activity seen at its Kharg Island hub, according to recent satellite images.

Russia, Nukes, Iran & Attacks Inside America 08/19/2026

Russia publicly states that US missiles manufactured in the US were used in attacks deep inside of Russia.

BESSENT PANICS ANNOUNCES 200% TREASURY BUYBACKS AS LIQUIDITY DRIES UP -GOLD, SILVER AND BITCOIN SOAR

So here are the key numbers to look at.

1. 20 years ago when interest rates on US bonds were this high we had to sell $500 billion in bonds. Now in 2026 we have to sell $10 trillion in bonds.

2. 20 years ago the entire world was using the US dollar to buy oil in the Mideast and so they were buying US bonds. Today, only 60% of the world is buying oil in the Mideast using US dollars and our customers for US bonds has dropped dramatically.

3. 20 years ago the US changed the asset rules for banks forcing them to buy US bonds as collateral for the bank. That created a very big customer for bonds replacing countries that were switching to BRICS, so we didn't notice, but since then the banks have made all their asset allocation adjustments and so the purchase of bonds from US banks has dropped off dramatically.

4. Gold is a much better investment right now than US bonds and you can use gold as a backing for trades that are being done in the Mideast. So investors looking to get a safe return in the market are buying gold, not US bonds.

5. In addition to the US needing to sell $10 trillion in bonds we have other countries like China and Japan selling US bonds. Again, driving up interest rates.

6. AI has become a major competitor for people looking to loan money or buy bonds.

7. One reason for the demand in US bonds was the demand for oil in the Mideast. However, with the shut down of oil and refined products being shipped from the Mideast there is also a shut down in demand for US bonds to purchase the oil.

8. All of this is happening when the US has to ramp up production of weapons and increase their military budget.

This war is a war that will determine if the US dollar remains the reserve currency or if we switch to a gold backed currency.

I wonder if they just don't care how high the national debt goes because eventually, they know the great reset will wipe out all the debt, after they take our money and enforce a new global, cashless, financial system on all of us.

No, there are a thousand bankruptcies that prove at some point everything collapses.

People who buy bonds care very much whether or not they'll collapse.

We are at war, BRICS wants to replace the US dollar, that is what this war is about. Everything that Russia and Iran have done has been to weaken the US and open them up for attack.

What they definitely want is to go to a CBDC, but the kingdom of darkness is all about who gets to sit on top of the heap of collapse. They don't care if the global economy collapses, so long as they are the ones sitting on top of the heap of collapse.

Prior to the mortgage meltdown I thought we wouldn't get a collapse because these companies are too smart to not know the reality of what is going to happen with their billions of dollars worth of investments / bets. But then I saw how it played out, not a single American went to prison even though mortgage brokers all over the country broke the law and the banks and investment banks new they were breaking the law. Maybe not thousands of useful idiots, but there were people at the top of every institution, the ones that made the policies, they knew what they were doing was criminal. That is when it hit me, they also knew they had an ace up their sleeve and when everything does collapse they'll simply go to the Whitehouse, play their ace, and no one will get fired, in fact they'll get bailed out and continue to pay out huge bonuses. The ace in the hole was 9/11, they knew it was an inside job. Can't prosecute the bankers without them bringing down the Whitehouse.
