You're suggesting faith causes works? If faith alone is valid why would works follow faith? You do understand what sufficient means correct?
this is called self Justification for the choice your making, and it's a boring belief that God would know that you have failed his test. It certainly is not the belief God changes your heart to believe, and it certainly is not the belief God instills in a person heart whom he savesAnd satan believes in God just like you do but his actions took him away from God just like yours do. He was free to act and so are you. If you are not free to choose then you are not doing anything out of love for Jesus.
As Paul said, he keeps his flesh under submission; meaning he listened to the voice of God and would never perish.why would you just equate this to losing his salvation, is that because something morbid crept in to your mind ?
How about being disqualified from teaching, or how about Paul's writing his thoughts down on paper, as he mentioned disciplining himself as not seen as a spiritual counterfeit by others, which is very common in this place, it's like worrying how others will see, so you improve your ways.
Heres the clear word of God from Jesus.
John 10:27-30
New International Version
27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. 28 I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all[a]; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. 30 I and the Father are one.”
Anyhow I don't want to argue, but if you reject this, I'm done
are you playing games or something now ? Are you trying to real me in something, you where insinuating differently to thisAs Paul said, he keeps his flesh under submission; meaning he listened to the voice of God and would never perish.
It may be useful to separate two subjects in Christianity.
The atonement, reconciliation, salvation, that Jesus grants freely to anyone
who calls on His name.
From the Christian life that we embark on after being sealed in the Holy Spirit.
Not at all. The point is Paul knew he could be in jeopardy of being castaway IF he did not keep his flesh under control. And since he was aware of that fact, as stated, he listened to the voice of God and refused to fulfill the lust of the flesh.are you playing games or something now ? The true belief God instills In a persons heart, is this

You starting to make me feel like your just here to snatch faith away now, but carry on

your ok, don't worry![]()
Thanks, I have been told by God to not worry over my depravity. I asked,God said see Matthew 6, then 7, then John 10,then be at rest
2 Cor 12:7-10, Hebrews 4:9-13 God has straightened this out in me: to simply trust God and continue to through any and all troubles as well. Worry never heals anyone or anything

...You think I possess the power to snatch faith away for people? That's a serious problem for you. I haven't spoken one word against faith so I'm not sure how you reached that conclusion.
. Yep okI'm not being contentious I genuinely would like to know, how you knew it was God telling you that.
...
. Yep ok
this is called using circular reasoning to ask somebody to prove there faith, which is exactly how people's faith are discreditedI'm not being contentious I genuinely would like to know, how you knew it was God telling you that.
yep okYou think I'm not being sincere because I said you have a serious problem if you think I can affect people's faith? If you really believe in can then you do have a serious problem. If faith is secure then it doesn't matter what I say or do but I'm not opposed to faith. I have a reasonable question concerning your revelations from God and how you know it's from God.

If I answer I would be using circular reasoning. If you can't answer why don't you just say so? How do you know it was God?
If I answer I would be using circular reasoning.
Every saved person knows God, his word gives wonderful conviction, with a personal intimate relationship by his will,
But then if you don't see the he will here, you could quite easily go back to leaning on your own circular reasoning
