With respect, Jesus does not teach that a person is already born again just because they study Scripture or worship God. He said clearly, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3). That shows the new birth is not assumed. It is something that must truly happen.
Jesus also said, “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father” (Matthew 7:21). This means that knowing God’s word or speaking about God is not the same as belonging to Him.
When Jesus speaks of those the Father gave Him, He also says, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me” (Matthew 16:24). That is a call to respond, to obey, and to continue following. It is not automatic.
Jesus summed it up simply: “He who keeps My commandments is the one who loves Me” (John 14:21), and “If you want to enter into life, keep the commandments” (Matthew 19:17). Obedience is not just a benefit after salvation. It is how true faith is shown and how we remain in Him.

Kingdom of heaven is one of the names of the church. some others are "the bride of Christ", Zion, the New Jerusalem, the church Christ's kingdom on earth in witch he is the king and bride. Some of God's elect do not qualify to enter into the church but still have the promise of entering into eternal heaven. The natural man, who has not been born again cannot know a spiritual God, nor anything else that is spiritual (1 Cor 2:14). John 14:21 is referencing the born again and not the natural man. Keeping God's commandments is a work that God's born again children have access to entering into the good and abundant life as they journey here on earth (Matt 19:17). I am sorry to tell you, you do preach salvation by works, witch is What the doctrine of Jesus teaches, but it is not the doctrine of eternal deliverance, but of a deliverance that the eternally saved people can enjoy as they sojourn here on earth. Salvation, according to Strong's concordance is a deliverance. The doctrine teaches the promise of being delivered eternally, and also teaches the doctrine of a deliverance by works of the people who have the promise of eternal deliverance can enjoy as they live here on earth. If you apply all salvation scriptures as eternal, it will always teach that eternal deliverance is earned by Good works.
That is true, and they are but natural mankind that cannot know spiritual things (1 Cor 2:14). There are also those that think the scriptures teach the natural man can have faith without first being born again. They cannot. Faith is a fruit of the Holy Spirit (Gal 5:22=23). A person has to have been born again of the Holy Spirit before they can have spiritual faith.
