No but adam and eve were expelled from Paradise weren't they?

Yes, so they could learn truth the need for God to be 100% dependent on
You see that serpent got them to eat to be like Godf and not have need for God to be God themselves. It is not about sin, it is about dependancy

A tomato plant doesn't produce tomatoes if isn't planted in the proper conditions that promote the production of fruit, like water, nutrients, and sunlight.

Seek ye first the kingdom...Well, nobody seeks Narnia. However, some have sought Atlantis. Why? Because they believe the possibility of its existence, so they go looking for it. If the seeker didn't believe it existed, he wouldn't bother even hoping to find it, he would put all of his effort into being content where he is. This is an example of works following faith. Even if I used an example where the hope disappoints, believing that God exists and is a rewarder of those that diligently seek Him does not disappoint because it's not a fairy tale. If I believe that God can and has cleansed me from all of my sin, then I won't have much trouble walking in purity.

No he didn't get them to eat it, they decided to eat it. Free will. No one was more with God then Adam and Eve and they chose pride over God.

Because you keep saying this:

"A living faith always produces good works." And analogously I said a tomato plant produces tomatoes. The plant causes the fruit. It's not a choice
Of course a faith given as a gift by God to those he makes spiritually alive would produce good works. That does not mean it's not a choice though. Choices are made based on our spiritual nature, whether that be alive or dead.

Irrelevant as tomato plants will only ever produce tomatoes

But if you have to "walk in purity" then by definition faith alone is not sufficient. It really would behoove people to know what sufficient means.

Where did I even imply that I 'had to' walk in purity. Don't you know the definition of 'to be.'? When did I say that I had 'to be'?

The entire point of my commentary was in regard of acknowledging the reality that GOD IS... a rewarder of them that earnestly seek Him.

But the power to actually change our lives rest with us. God will not force his will on us. That would be like your spouse being forced to marry you. No one would call that love.
Well it's you that says it's forcing his will on you, which actually is your will speaking here, but his will and his words changing you is called devine intervention

The profound change that comes through devine intervention from the transformative power of God in persons is here 2 Corinthians 5:17

And then theres what the lord makes out of you and makes you do with his word that burns in the heart he is saving

Luke 24:32

Proverbs 16:9

Philippians 2:13

Psalms 23:2

Always repent? Really? Perfectly? No one is talking about God withholding forgiveness so no idea what you mentioned that. This is about choice and if we had free agency over our wills then what we do or don't do potentially has an impact on our salvation. On that point scripture is clear. Jesus is clear that just say Lord Lord is not a sureity of salvation
Seyong said, "It doesn't mean that they will live in perfect obedience to it, but it does mean that they will repent if they fail short." I said I agree with that. I guess there is a caveat. God always corrects His children when they go astray (Heb 12). And I take that to mean that He never gives up until they turn. But if one of His children refuses to be corrected, I believe He will take them home early (as in 1 Cor 11:30). Having experienced His correction offten, I know that a child of God must be living a miserable life while he refuses God's correction (i.e., His correction is not pleasant but painful - Heb 12:11).

This is about choice and if we had free agency over our wills then what we do or don't do potentially has an impact on our salvation. On that point scripture is clear. Jesus is clear that just say Lord Lord is not a sureity of salvation
Then if faith doesn't cause works, works have to be a free choice of the will. If they are a free choice of the will then people can have faith and choose not to do them. If they can choose not to do them then they can be judged, as scripture points out, for not doing them which would make salvation impossible. Therefore faith alone is not sufficient for salvation.
Faith/belief/trust is invisible to people because it exists in the mind. But physical actions inspired by faith/belief/trust are visible to people. So that is why James said "Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works" (Jas 2:18). We need to see a person's works/actions/fruits to make any judgement about his true beliefs. So, for example, when I see people working as if their salvation is dependent on their obedience to God's laws (when they should have plenty of evidence that they regularly fail in that endeavor), my conclusion is that their real hope is probably misplaced. But I am not capable of drawing a firm conclusion on this because I can't see what's in their heart. I can only see physical evidence that points in a certain direction.

But God is not limited like we are. He knows when someone has stopped working for their salvation and has rested all their hope in Christ. His judgement is perfect because He sees everything perfectly. This is why we each must be dilligent to enter His rest -- because He knows for sure whether we have done it or not.

11 Let us therefore be diligent to enter that rest, lest anyone fall according to the same example of disobedience. 12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. 13 And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account. (Heb 4:11–13)

Again, it is about direction. Is someone being conformed to the likeness of the Son or not? The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact likeness of His character (Hebrews 1:3), which he embodied through his works by setting a sinless example for us to follow of how to walk in obedience to God’s law. Sin is what is contrary to God’s character traits, such as with unrighteousness being sin, and sin is the transgression of God’s law because it was graciously given in order to teach us how to be a doer of God’s character traits, so the way that Jesus is giving us his gift of saving us from sin is by graciously teaching us to be a doer of God’s character traits in obedience to His law.
I know you said it was about direction. But it seems like you are saying there must also be a measure of success in real life, not just having the correct orientation to God's laws. The question I have for you is, "How much real-life success obeying God's laws is required?" Or, asked another way, "How much real-life failure to obey God's laws is tolerated?" Is it defined by being more obedient over time, so that we measure the gap between our sinfulness and His holiness and see that the gap is shrinking over time? In short, how does one measure himself as being successful? Is there an objective standard, or does a person just know that his direction (or orientation) is towards obeying God's laws?

If faith alone is sufficient why does it need to be "visible to people"? God can't see your faith unless you make it "visible to people"? And if faith being "visible to people" is something you even have to mention then faith alone, by definition, can't be sufficient

You have to make the choice to act.
. How is it you can read these fundamental truths of what God does first, not even acknowledge them, and just rise above them with your choice ?

Well I'll tell you why,

Because it's your own choice speaking, and in over 50 other truths, i've shown you of what God does first for you and inside of you, you've done the exact same thing with your will,

This just says one thing to me your, like everyone else who does this here, you all put your choice above God, even tho he's instilling the choice in your heart, and he's the one saving you.

Reading peoples replies like yours here', on thousands occasions here , I get the impression God doesn't even exist when it comes to your the choice of free will , it's like he's not even in your heart helping you with your choice, and the best part is your personal own free will and choice lives in the flesh.

It's incredible this belief of free will here, it really is.
