'Consider today’s world! Advances in technology and industry have never been greater. What was once science fiction is now everyday reality. Material prosperity abounds for millions of people across the Western world. But what about the half of mankind—billions! —who have little or nothing? And what about mankind’s rapid decline in values, morals and CHARACTER—once believed to be the most vital underpinnings of any society? Is the human race equipped, and are its leaders collectively willing, to solve the greatest challenges of civilization—or must a greater unseen power intervene?
'What many don’t realize is that mankind’s most challenging problems are spiritual in nature. Unfortunately, our natural way of thinking and acting is contrary to the way of God.'
"So long as the truth fails to be accepted and acknowledged, harmony will remain unattainable, here in the now. 'Worldly attitudes most likely shall spoil fruits of the spirit. And great discord shall fester."
"Thankfully I have learned to take things one day at a time and
not to stress out over things out of my control. Overloading our
activities often brings undue stress, and patience is always worthwhile
to practice in all our going and coming."
"The Holy Spirit being an acquisition of great worth, and to be firmly reliant upon, so long as one claims to be 'saved'. This most likely shall be evident through conduct of behavior. 'And this is being an inside God consciousness, and to bring to remembrance how to conduct our life in all the going and coming.
'Complacency often hinders the Holy Spirit from being an essential part of one's life. And thus, many go alone ignoring the attributes of the Holy Spirit, being of great signific importance.
' Purpose of the Holy Spirit being that of making known to us the personal presence of Jesus Christ, and striving to act accordingly. And within the consciousness of each individual, there shall be the Holy Spirit...or not."
'Perhaps many would do well to thoroughly and honestly appraise their Holy Spirit acceptance and acknowledgement.' Life here in the now may well depend upon one's own honesty.'
"Selfishness and self-centeredness are not compatible with being grateful and humble. And not to praise God appears to be closely related to the 'first part' and the cause of lacking the 'second part'.
'And being witnessed are many words upon many pages that leave little wonder as to why God is not being praised.... there being no spiritual connection to warrant this act of gratitude.'
"I know prayer to be my quiet time alone, feeling God's presence is
my spiritual reality of an unseen God. And the Holy Spirit helps in bringing to remembrance
those things which may help in dealing with different situations...and the 'principles of life'
are most likely among the things I need to be reminded of...believe it.
'And the greatest resource to turn to...that being love!
" Since being mentioned hundreds of times within the Divine words, it is evident love being of profound importance in our lives, with one another. So long as the attributes of love are acted upon. Goodness, kindness, gentleness, discipline and self-control being a few. Practice all the attributes and lives will surely come to know the power of love, in all your going and coming.!"
'The ability to love can never be taken away, except by self. And when you get selfishness and self-centerednessout of the way long enough to love others, it may well be the greatest feeling to come to know of, for peace and harmony shall be a gladness to behold.'
' And make no mistake folks.... there is a right love...and a wrong love...believe it! Years ago, my jealous love brought about having a 'contract' put out on my life... (With a gun I threated a man's life) (I left the state, and I will leave it there. )
'To make a point and not something to gloat about! Love can be such a powerful motivation it should be approached with great diligence and a level of awareness like no other stimulates. Love can enhance a life to a new and wonderful dimension, or diminish a life to pain and misery with untold grave consequences!
' And some six decades of this eight decades of life...I have experienced the good, the bad and the ugly heartaches and heartbreaks that can be attributed to love.'
"Thank God I now know the greatest love of all....God's love!
(A reminder of such great importance, and yet too often and too easily overlooked as we go about our busy lives. I hope love, righteous love to be known to help cure many of life disturbances, so long as we allow God's inspiration... to be.")
" And it is not because the Holy Spirit is giving me some special insight that isn't given to somebody else or is giving me special information that nobody else can have. All the Holy Spirit does is change my heart, change my disposition toward the evidence that is already there. I think that God Himself has planted within the Scriptures an internal consistency that bears witness that this is His Inspired Word."
~'But what comes out of the mouth proceeds from the heart, and this defiles a person. Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.'~ ~Spiritually Inspired~
'Our natural bent and direction is toward the desires of the flesh. The orientation of our hearts in learning to receive and reciprocate God’s love takes practice. “To be conformed to the image of His Son is not only to think God's thoughts after him but to desire what God desires."
'That requires the recalibration of our heart-habits and the recapturing of our imagination, which happens when God's Word becomes the orienting center of our social imaginary, shaping our very perception of things before we even think about them.”
'And it should be clearly understood that the Holy Spirit is working in us to conform us to the image of Christ bit by bit. It is a continuous process that requires active attentiveness to avoid “careless” or “useless” words slipping out at times when our diligence wains or our flesh wins. These moments are opportunities to remind us of our prior state as sinners saved by grace as well as our hope and longing for His coming restoration and glorification when we no longer struggle with this body of sin. Directing the affections of our heart is not accomplished by willpower or good deeds, but through the merciful work of the Holy Spirit on our behalf.'
"And when the heart is filled with the spirit of God, the soul shall find spiritual nourishment. 'A scripture Christian that finds no spiritual nourishment of the soul may not have a heart filled with the spirit of God, and relies more so from a heart of stone.
'Spiritual harmony in this chaotic world shall be a great challenge, so long as one has hope of a true and sound relationship with God...here in the now."
"Loss of morality has set the stage for unprecedented conduct and behavior that has turned much of society into a diabolical mayhem. And the most disturbing being the effects upon the most vulnerable, the younger age and those that have lost their moral compass, common sense and any sense of character.
'The sinister movement being fueled by the ugliness of politics and news media. God being mocked shall not end well!
"I am thankful I have come to grasp the truth and reality that basically, what there is to behold is today...here in the now.
'I have learned the importance of taking things one day at a time and
not to be overwhelmed by things I can't control. Complicated things often become much simpler with a calm and disciplined mind. And striving to have a God awareness is always a plus in attempting to sort things out." 'Praise God'
"Make no mistake, having not been honestly and truthfully born again, the Holy Spirit will most likely be of a very limited influence upon one's life. And the 'character' of behavior shall be available to witness by all that see many words on many pages.
'And without the Holy Spirit influence, language with worldly pursuits shall most likely be far more prevalent than one's own personal life relating to and in accordance with God. 'And a willingness to change has not taken place, leaving pretentious conduct upon presenting a false proclamation.
"Thank God I have come to realize the truth of these words. And I know a consciousness of God's guidance through the Holy Spirit has been instrumental in being willing to change, and this God consciousness shall not likely to be, until one is honestly willing to change...believe it."
'A willingness to change has to be practiced diligently with perseverance, otherwise, one shall only be fooling self to think God just makes it happen! And here lies a great paradox...God's work has been done, we are left with the 'teachings' to apply, act upon and practice in our own lives.
'And without spiritual enlightenment, foolishness brings cause of delusional nonsense, causing great deception and falseness.'
"For many people, the journey to achieve and enjoy happiness is ongoing. But while deep contentment and satisfaction may take a while to develop and recognize, happiness also arises in a more spontaneous version: joy. Joy is all around us. Joy feels good, connects us to life’s everyday richness, and strengthens our capacity to experience enduring contentment.
"Joy is an ephemeral spark and guidepost found in simple and surprising places. Many kinds of small exchanges and little things can make us feel free, lifted, and joyful. A surge of bright joy might fill our hearts when we hear a favorite song, catch a glimpse of a firefly’s ethereal glow, taste delicious food, or laugh with a loved one. Noticing and experiencing joy in our daily lives is an enlivening, fun, and illuminating practice. Some say individual moments of joy are actually the essence of the abiding happiness we seek.
