Gosh I didn't know you planned lots of threads far in advance Seoulsearch. I just post mine as soon as I think of them.

Mine don't have exciting titles though. The latest one was Larry Chief Mouser but I should have put the headline in the News forum (sorry mods)

I saw your thread about Larry, the Chief Mouser, and thought it was cute.

I've seen some YouTube channels of farms with "working" cats -- they're let out of their barn/dwelling to patrol for varmints, then come back in the evening for supper and a cozy shelter.

While it's not so good from the mouse's perspective, I think it's cool to see an animal's natural instincts used for good.

I've always had a lot more thoughts/ideas come to me than what I have time to process/fully write them out, so I've long kept a notebook of thread ideas.

I took a break from most writing for several weeks, but now I feel the engine cranking up again -- so depending on my time and energy levels, it may be time to start rolling them down the assembly line! :D

You've been a great support with your posts, and I thank you for all your awesome contributions (even the giraffes!) 😎

To be honest, this is pretty much an aerial view of the inside of a my brain 🤣:

Sometimes it's hard reigning all my thoughts in!

I think Lanolin just has a different style than me, more of a "Streams of Consciousness" approach. :)

And I have to credit the CC audience here for the format of my posts -- several years ago, I wrote a thread asking what would make threads easier to read.

I used to toss my questions around all willy-nilly -- but someone suggested summarizing them at the end, to make them easier to remember when people were trying to answer. It was a fantastic tip, and I've been using that format ever since.

Obviously, I still have to work on writing extremely long posts!! 😆😆😆

But sometimes when I try to shorten the original posts, they don't quite have the "flavor" I was going for. It also seems to lure in others who really enjoy posting, so I can't say I'm entirely sorry. 😎

Thank you so much for the kind words, and thank you to everyone who takes the time to read and/or respond to my threads! 💖

You are much appreciated.

Thank you so much for your kind, encouraging words.

I love making people laugh and giving them a little break from their day -- I'm so happy to know that (sometimes) these threads succeed at that!

I'm very much appreciative of you as well! :)

Please don't invite me to your local church as I will disorganise your religious organisation.

In fact, it's best I avoid churches altogether.
I will try to do everything - usher, sing, weed the library books, plant the church garden, pray, do children's ministry, serve cups of tea, read the Bible...wear head-coverings and modest attire, go 'courting' but apparently...I will do it all WRONG
