Let me hear YOUR revisionist answer to this one.

My thought was theoretical and not dogmatic. I suggested not that it was "Joseph's sperm" in reality, but a creation by God of sperm that looked exactly like Joseph's sperm. That would not make Joseph the actual father, but it would mean that Jesus would carry characteristics of David on his father's side.

The conventional teaching is that Matthew's genealogy is Joseph's, Luke's Mary's, but I believe in the other way around - Matthew's Mary's, Luke's Joseph's. "Husband of Mary" in the historical and cultural context actually refers to a "male guardian", for an unmarried young woman that's usually her father or brother, so that Joseph might be Mary's father, not her husband.
If your colleague talks to you on Zoom or call, would you identify your laptop or phone as your colleague? As though the spirit of your colleague is dwelling in those devices?

For WHOSOEVER DOES THESE THINGS IS AN ABOMINATION TO ADONAI....." Deut. 18:10-12. Still think God uses mediums?

You're just being triggered by the word. Change it into middleman or intermediate if you like. If you preach to anybody about God, you are in that capacity.
