Yes. Lord Jesus was the second Adam, did he ever have sex with anybody? The true interpretation of this command is his parting words - making disciples of all nations, teaching them to observe his commands, Matt. 28:19-20. That's the ultimate fulfillment. Not just making babies. Any animal can make babies, their only purposes of life are survival and reproduction, we are human beings made in the image of God, not filthy animals.
Ok , I'm going a bit near the knuckle here so , if u r a sensitive soul , look away now .
God designed and made our bodies , complete and perfect for us in every way yes ? Every bit of us has at least one complex and essential job and function . A lot of our parts do much more than one single thing to keep us healthy . There is , one part of the female anatomy that literally only has one single function . God made that part . Most female mammals also have that same body part . Sex is not supposed to b shameful or unpleasant . Think about it , if it was supposed to b gross and vile and unpleasant , not a woman on earth would ever let a man near her considering what actually has to physically happen . God gave us females that body part for a reason , so we wouldn't run a mile from any man that showed an interest in us !

So that's a woman's worth? A breeder? If you're already complete and perfect, why would you need a man to put one or more babies in your to make you feel complete and perfect?

What bible are you reading?

The bible in which the Lord gave a great commission of making disciples in every nation, not making babies in every woman.
That's true, but is anyone here arguing that making disciples and raising families are mutually exclusive?
The Great Commission is certainly about making disciples of all nations.
But the same Bible that gives the Great Commission also speaks positively about marriage, children, and family.

Yes, so? Did they "date"?
Gen 20:11-12
11 And Abraham said, Because I thought, Surely the fear of God is not in this place; and they will slay me for my wife's sake.
12 And yet indeed she is my sister; she is the daughter of my father, but not the daughter of my mother; and she became my wife.

So do you think that she was biological sister?

half-sister according to verse 12. Is that still considered biological?

Sister according to Abram and the Law:LOL:

The nakedness of thy sister, the daughter of thy father, or daughter of thy mother, whether she be born at home, or born abroad, even their nakedness thou shalt not uncoverL ev 18:9

Yes of course. So?

Did the Lord, the disciples, Paul or Timothy have any kids? Did early church fathers and mothers have kids? Did priests and nuns have kids? If it's so positive, then lead by example.

That's true according to both Abraham's statement and the later Law.

Abraham says Sarah was: "the daughter of my father, but not the daughter of my mother" (Gen. 20:12).
So she was his half-sister, which would make her a biological relative.

Your citation of Leviticus 18:9 is interesting because it specifically prohibits uncovering the nakedness of: "the daughter of thy father, or daughter of thy mother..."
That would include a half-sister.
Does the Law's later prohibition tell us what was forbidden in Abraham's day, or does it tell us what became forbidden under the Mosaic covenant?
Scripture records several close-family marriages early in Genesis that would later be prohibited under the Law.
So the real issue is not whether Sarah was Abraham's biological half-sister.
Genesis 20:12 seems quite clear that she was.
The question is whether the standards given in Leviticus 18 were already in force in Abraham's day or were revealed later through Moses?

Does Scripture present singleness as proof that marriage is bad, or as a particular calling for some people?
Jesus never married. Paul never married.
Yet Peter apparently did have a wife (Matt. 8:14), and Paul even mentions the other apostles and the brothers of the Lord taking believing wives with them (1 Cor. 9:5).
So the examples go both ways.

Read my post again - "Did the Lord, the disciples, Paul or Timothy have any kids?" Not whether they were married, but whether they had sex and kids. You know this was a big deal in the bible right? Who and who "knew each other" and she bore him a son? Where is the record of that for any disciple or apostle?

Does the absence of a recorded child mean there were no children?
Scripture is largely silent about their family lives because that's not what the New Testament is focused on.

Yes, it meant they had no children. If they had, scripture wouldn't have missed that.

Also, since that's not what the New Testament is focused on, why do you focus on that? Why does it bother you so much?

If your argument is that Christians shouldn't elevate marriage and childbearing above disciple-making, I'd largely agree.
But if the argument is that the absence of recorded children proves having children is somehow less honorable or less aligned with God's purposes, I'd want to see where Scripture itself makes that argument
