Im on a 3rd shift schedule atm, so I just had my lunch : p I had an omelette. I used three eggs, a little bit of mozzarella cheese and two pieces of wheat bread for toast. Had tampico juice to go with it, cuz am too cheap to buy real orange juice : p

Im not much of a cook, but sometimes I go all out and try to make real food : p

It's been a long week, so I'm going to go easy tomorrow night for supper.

Walking tacos. The only things pre-made are the salsa and the tortilla chips, but I'm good about reading ingredient labels, so it should be alright overall. Not too "junk-foodish".

It is breakfast time here :) here is my breakfast
:D

God bless you sweet Sophia ❤

since 'pork' was what the 'pagans' used to desecrate our Holy Fathers Sacred Altar,
we declined to partake many years ago when we discovered this in the Bible,
it was a way for us to express our Love for Him on a personal, loving way...

to each his own, no judgment here, just our personal choice,,,and by the way,
'pork' was a very main ingredient in our diet before then...
we've NEVER missed it since!!!, even though we remember just how good it tasted...

Scrumptious looking med rare prime rib. That's what I'm talkin' 'bout.

I set aside some money every Christmas to buy a whole ribeye from the market. I make a roast out of half, and cut the rest into 2 inch thick steaks for my birthday in march.

Although my parents are Hispanic, I'm not really into Hispanic foods surprisingly. I like rice and chicken without all the unnecessary condiments and other stuff added on.
