I want to come dressed like John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever.
I was a nobody in high school. I didn't go to my senior prom. I would never go to a dance. As for church I've gone to parties by that's about it. I'm whole loads of fun right?
I want to come dressed like John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever.
This is just soooooooo wrong.![]()
But it feels so right.
I probably shouldn't admit this...
But I can totally see Tommy as a combination of John Travolta... and Elvis... and completely tearing it up on the dance floor.
This should be pretty amusing.
I'm thinking that it's going to be a matter of "Stayin' Alive" while breaking out the "Jailhouse Rock."![]()
I'll save a dance for you.

I could totally see you wearing that white suit, including the vest... and, not to be missed, the black shirt with the UUUUUUGGGGEEEE pointed collar.![]()
I think the suit is quite fashionable.
It sure is!!!
If it's 1977.![]()
Welcome to the thread, Socreta!!!
I'm very glad to see you here.
If I may say so, you were one of the people I had in mind when I wrote this and the Yearbook thread, because I was hoping the format might be somewhat more inviting to people who might otherwise be reluctant to post.
You are not alone.
Many of us here--including myself--confess to being "nobodies" as well. I can very clearly remember the faces of the popular, pretty girls laughing at me, and the reasons why they laughed.
Fortunately, we are all "someone" in Christ, and maybe we can all help each other find the "someone" that He wants us to be.![]()
We should have a feb the 13th friendship day for friends only.
