I'm my normal self. If I didn't sleep well, I'm perhaps groggy. I love the morning atmosphere, I just don't love how early mornings are.

Most days I can bounce out of bed like a merry ray of sunshine start talking and function as the happy person that I am.... but since I have a little age on me it seems the last year there are days when it takes a little longer for my motor to get going....

My daughter being more of a night person would want to shoot me in the mornings or hold up her hand and say....I am not awake yet just wait a while...

I enjoy my first coffee, and I enjoy breakfast, and if I don't get either one, I struggle. Not from grumpiness, but from headaches and feeling faint. Which leads to grumpiness. Okay, but I'm not addicted, I can quit anytime....

I'm usually like the first kind. Usually. Does not mean always.

I take a while to ACTUALLY wake up. But usually what always works is if my girlfriend gives me a kiss in yhe morning. I love my coffee but that works just as good if not better. I also sleep like a log

PERKY...PERKY...PERKY!!!! I sleep very little, however after a couple hours I am perky and ready to go!!! I wake up my kids by singing to them...Good Morning Mr. Sunshine, adding my own twist of lyrics to the day ahead. I will admit I am told I am perky pretty much all the time. I just feel perkier in the a.m. Never give me anything with Caffeine of you will see an even perkier person!!!!

I don't drink coffee, so only need that orange juice to get a little sugar in me. I love mornings because that is when I get more spiritual insights. Love devotional reading the scriptures at that time. I'm just clearer mentally. But by noon, gotta have that little nap!

First thing I say when I wake up is "Good Lord, it is morning!" That mood continues until I have had my breakfast. After that, I am usually perky until it is bedtime again.

But if I receive a pleasant surprise when I wake up, I become cheerier in no time.
