You're a pretty girl, Skittles, and TemporaryCircumstances, your pups are adorable!

I bailed from home to hang out in a little downtown area for food, drinks, and a fireworks show. Chatted it up with a guy at the bar about classic rock and astronomy.

Also, although I'm late to it, I'm finding myself hopping on the Garbage bandwagon; listened to them to and from downtown.

My girl friend from high school/neighboring college had a weekly thing going years and years ago where we'd play scrabble and have white Russians.

I have little patience for board games.

I can't do dairy like that no mo.
 
It's amazing what you find when moving stuff, rearranging, going thru old boxes, etc.

I guess this is some sort of Pokemon toy(idk which) and an unopened Narnia toy lol.

Also found concert tickets to Casting Crowns, Hawk Nelson.. etc. So much stuff I didn't even know I had.

And this wasn't today, but I bought this game called Life Is Strange. I knew nothing about it, but the person working at GameStop said it was really good.. and they were right. It's an episodic story type of game. Luckily it's only five chapters long, because I love a good story and could see myself being addicted to it lol.
 
- Woke up at 5.
- Packed for the weekend
- About to go into work
- Going to a baseball game tonight
- Then at my parent's house for the weekend!
 
• Worked my tail off.
• Stopped off to grab some Kahlua and Bailey's Irish creme... found out someone at home threw out my vodka.
• Family is on the way to visit. Thankfully, the criminal that discarded my beloved potato drink bought another bottle to make up for it (not that they can make up for Belvedere with Smirnoff)
• Had a drink, feeling philosophical... will probably crash early now as I have to bring someone to the airport tomorrow

Went to the zoo. Touched stingrays. Was splashed by a stingray. Water went into my shoe. Touched a goat. It was peeing when I did it. I'd do it again. No ragrets Touched part of a tusk that was from one of the elephants there. Was yelled at by a bird for getting too close to his female. Contemplated life with a gorilla. Caught a ton of Pokemon. Got burned by the sun. It wasn't nice. Had a little girl stare at me the whole time I was eating dinner lol. She even came over n stood at our table O.o. Weird kid. Umm we stopped to get ice cream. Got blue cotton candy with Reese's and marshmallows mixed in XD. It was delicious.

The expression on the gorilla looks like "if you don't get this kid out of my face..."
 
Haha definitely does. Right after that, he just kind of laid on his back with a look that said he'd seen one too many tourists this day.

And one last pic. I took so many, it was hard to choose which to post, but I liked this one.
