I never got used to being a wage-slave.

I didn't know, when entering the workforce, that it would be that bad, and encounter all sorts of bullies. Nothing you do is ever right. It's torture, to have a mind of your own, when the work force and bosses/managers wants you to be the opposite.

So it's a luxury being your own boss, esp if you don't have to constantly think about the bottom line. Or...am I making enough? Am I doing enough? Am I pleasing enough?

Here's a simpler one: how about all-glass plumbing?
Pipes, faucets, toilets, and sinks are all made of pure, solid (sturdy and durable) glass.
And there are windows running throughout your walls to see the pipes.

This is an interesting thought.

I usually love glass and see-through things.

But I have what would be a dumb question. I'm not sure why anyone would want to see waste water from the kitchen and sewage actively running through their home?

I'm not trying to criticize, just trying to understand what the appeal would be.

I guess the p-traps might get pretty gross, but I'm used to all the wastewater going straight into the floor.
Those pipes can be covered by the completely opaque floor.. 😶
But at least you'll be able to gauge better when and how to cean your p-traps. 😁

Now that is a luxury. Lifetime supply of chocolate.
Oh! But too bad the Cadbury's in NZ is closed down! I could have got a job there!
