Women starve themselves for control issues, and to not be judged by other women. Most dudes aren’t attracted to scrawny women. Generally overweight people wouldn’t starve themselves. Normal looking people starve themselves because they think they’re fat.
wht happens is overweight people starve themselves for a few hours at a time (put themselves on diets) during the day but they totally binge eat at night, when nobody is looking.
I never got why they did that, but Oprah actually confessed she did that, like she would pig out at midnight.
I would see women who thought themselves overweight, pick at meals and then complain they were hungry afterward, and then no doubt they would go home to secret stashes of candy bars etc.
Instead of just eating normally and been satisfied with a regular meal.
The other thing they do is vomit it up afterwards. This is how some girls stayed skinny.
For someone who is naturally skinny, it was always insulting to be asked by another how I stayed thin, when I just ate normally and DIDNT vomit up my food. Not sure what the correct answer to that is, or what people wanted to hear. Fast metabolism? Just the way God made me? Or "I dont know' . what if I answered well I was malnourished from a baby, so, thats how I grew...
