When it says Senior member does that mean they are old?

Under the previous format a designation system was used. First, you started out as a Junior Member, after 25 posts the status changed to Member, after 100 posts the status changed to Senior Member. The designation that you had previous to the May 2018 change of format was carried over. Not sure how the new system determines a member's status.
