They are there but you can not see them with your physical eyes. Look with your spiritual eyes and you will see them. We walk by faith not by sight.

NO we cant just use our spiritual eyes.. not all people has this "spiritual eyes", like suddenly there is a magical whisper in your heart when you meet someone says HE IS THE ONE! Or suddenly there is a big glowing Hallo above their head

I know sometimes woman falls for sweet words.. but action speaks loudly than words..

Don't expect a good man if you found him late night in a bar, or striptease club, or someone who drink a lot on a party
You should see the way they treat woman, not a flatterer but polite, and only speaks good about people..

If you found them, ask what is their favorite bible verses..teehee...

Are those criteria really the criteria a Christian man must have? I don't see a drop of humor in the whole thing.

Instead of clicking on "reply", click on "reply with quote".

It makes it easier to determine who you are replying to.

As it is, it looks like you're talking to yourself...like you've lost your marbles.

It appears to me that you're referring to post #19.

(This of course isn't directed at you, but goes for singles in general..)

Where are all the Christian men? Not agreeing with this crap. Paul said if you marry you do no wrong. They had no idea Christ would not come for another 2,017 years at least. They were expecting Him at any minute. There was a new covenant to cover the world in, lots to do, etc. Keep things in context and see past your crappy dogmas. Paul was single and one of the elite. He wasn't about to marry and become a martyr. He also would never have said that all married people since Christ have erred in doing so. It is good to marry and good to be single. Those of us who burn, get married and worship God together and have lots of sex. Those who don't. ..worship God and...I have no idea (strange bunch if you ask me).

I am single. DIVORCED! (and not ashamed, not if Christ washed me clean...like He washed David). I know God has the perfect wife for me as He did for Jacob, Isaac, Abraham..and the rest. I am SINGLE (whole and content) and I have built character and trust in my God. I crucify this flesh daily to remain holy. I have resisted, fallen and gotten up many times and do now resist every evil temptation. God has made me and does continue to make me. My eyes are on Jesus, the Author and Finisher (refiner and polisher) of my Faith and I know it's just a matter of time. I thank Him in advance. No hokus pokus, no bull doodoo. Read God's Word. Close your mouths.

If you look at the list closely, I think you'll find that it eliminates pretty much any living male from consideration.

No?

Amen, brother! Just wanted to let you and everyone else on this thread know that all females do not condone or agree with those kinds of lists. Maybe it was said in jest, but I didn't find it very funny.

I take each person individually.

We are dead. You want a man? Join a dating site, next! Fake profiles asking this same question every day

I understand where you are coming from, but I respectfully need to say that I think the OP has a valid point to start this thread.

I have personally signed up on dating sites looking for a true Christian man only to find scammers, players, and posers. Granted, I am 61, so the number of available men is limited, but I fully appreciate the OP's question. Where does one go? Is the singles group at church the only answer? Men give me second looks, so I know I'm attractive to some. When I find someone attractive, I smile and see if he will approach, and I hope he sees my cross and believes likewise, but no one has so far.

Dating sites have become like bars used to be. I think you should give the OP a break. It is difficult for us women who are told men should do the pursuing. Even though some men think it's OK for a woman to approach them, there are many who still do not like it, and I am somewhat old fashioned in that respect, too.

Likewise, I ask myself "where are all the single Christian women?". They don't seem to exist in Britain, only in America seemingly. If only I was able to live there :p

I've got a solution. Let's make a bunch of T-shirts that say "I'm Christian and single... get to know me." Then we'll all be able to find each other in real life. I mean it is theoretically possible even if highly unlikely that some of us actually do go to the same churches or shop in the same grocery stores or work in the same offices, but we'd never know if we're only socializing online at Christian sites.

Well, there's always a green card. :) Not from me, you are too young for me, but maybe you will meet someone on here. You never know.

I *love* this idea! I'm going to get one. Thanks!
