Ive been reading corr. reciently, again. Mostly because of all the debate over the law.
What I understand and what I believe in Jesus is that we no longer live under the law but by grace. That does not mean ignore the law but that we no longer need the law.
As Paul said I am dead to the Law.
One can and should be able to walk in grace, thus free from condemnation.
If one cannot walk without the law because their own condemnation should cause them to stumble then one must live in the law.
But if you are able to walk in grace, free of the law by that where you do not stumble because of condemnation, but of good contience in Jesus.
I guess simply said is if you do not condem yourself, because self condemnation keeps you from walking fully in Jesus, not sin.
Paul did warn of overconfidence, but we are free of the law because of grace. Thus because of love being the greatest comandment we can walk free of the law.
There is only one judgement and that is of Our lord God. Thats where the fear of the lord comes in.
I know many ether debate or are not sure of this. But the more I read the more is revieled through the Holy Spirit on this.
It seems to me that the main thing that tries to separate us from God is the accusser. Eather judgement by satan or ourselves.
That this is often what gets in the way.
Look at Adam and Eve, the sin was to eat of the fruit of knowladge of good and evil. Their eyes were open and they saw their shame thus they covered themselves. They judged themselves.
Jesus came to save the world not to judge it.
It seems to me that our true enemy in the world is judgement, that is what had and we still allow to separate us from God.
Judgement is mine says the Lord. This is the only judgement we are under, and again Jesus took all of our sins for us.
Scripture says we should be like children to sin. That not only means innocent of sin but innocent to sin.
Keeping our eyes of Jesus so that we do not condem ourselves or others.
If we live by the greatest comandment we will then meet all that is asked.
God bless, pickles

Ok this was on these two comandments and somehow jumped to here. Can anyone tell me how to move it to that thread?
