THERE IS a church that is just that, and it's been running along in perfect truth since Jesus ascended. ALL BORN AGAIN CHRISTIANS both living and physically dead have always been part of it, and there's no "mixture of Wheat and Tares". There's even folks that are members of the Roman Catholic Church system that have been reached by the Holy Spirit IN SPITE of the Catholic churches lies, and have been Born Again of the Holy Spirit. It's not a "Visible Body" with buildings, stained glass, and organs. Could be that it'll be revealed in the end times as Ephesians 4:11-16 promises

Since there's no such thing as "Baptismal regeneration", the question is meaningless.
One quick test is whether or not it's found in the Bible, either literally or contextually.
Since there never was a Physical Religio/political "visible church system" founded by Christ on Peter and the apostles" the question is meaningless.
The church that Jesus founded is that called out body of BORN AGAIN Christians both alive throughout the denominations, and physically dead in Heaven and on earth which is the pillar and Ground of the truth.
