nw2u: Most women want to be with the man who makes her feel special, beautiful and cherished. It would be difficult to say much beyond that, as we are all so different, especially with regard to what we like and don't like. The other thing that comes to mind is that most of us don't have just one personalty. We're adaptable and multi-faceted. The situation and the people we are with dictate which side of us you see.

Sounds to me like the guy that does that has a big crush on you and gets tongue tied when he looks at you or he really wasn't doing anything to get your attention.
