why wont god just reset everything that went wrong and start over creating?

What makes you think it would've turned out differently the second time? Or the third?
It would not matter for they would end up in the same situation because in the flesh dwells no good thing.
At the flood the imaginations of the thoughts of their heart was only evil continually.
And the earth was filled with violence.
And they corrupted God's ways on earth of love, mercy, and forgiveness.
God started over with Noah and his family.
But they became terrible again.
Which in the last days perilous time will come because of the behavior of mankind.
And the last generation the children will not obey their parents.
Highly selfish and highly arrogant.
Aggressive towards each other.
And devouring the poor from off the earth, and the needy among men, which they can never have enough money.
Which we see today which can only happened at the time of advanced technology.
And the new age christianity that interprets the Bible and religions according to the occult and evolution that will eventually be the world's system.
What I wonder is before the fall, did a star have to fall unto the ground and die before bearing many seed?

Because God has a foreordained timetable from before the foundation of the world. Here are some verses for you to consider:
1Pe 1:18
Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;

But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

Jesus was foreordained to be a lamb without blemish and without spot before the foundation of the world, and he was manifest in these last times for us.

The timing of Jesus' birth was according to God's predetermined timetable.
Jhn 7:30

Nobody could arrest Jesus to crucify him until the Father's predetermined time had come, and that time was given by way of prophecy to the prophet Daniel who wrote:

And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
I didn't quote the entire prophecy, but there was a time, which had been predetermined by God, when Messiah or Christ would be cut off or crucified for the sins of others. This same principle applies to the timing of his resurrection from the dead, the timing of his ascension back to heaven, and ultimately the timing of his second coming, which have all been foretold of according to their respective timelines in scripture.
Even the demons know that God has a predetermined timetable in relation to their judgment:
Mat 8:29
And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?
In light of these truths, the short answer to your question is that everything will play out according to God's predetermined timetable or foreordained timeline, and that is why God has not hit the reset button and started over.

Because you don't learn from mistakes by pretending it never happened.
And I am not insinuating God made mistakes. He gave us the capacity for independent thought and a will to choose what's right which, inevitably gives us the freedom to choose the wrong.
This is the reset. Soon sin and sinners will be destroyed and it will never occur again.
Depends on whether you religious paradigm is OEC, or YEC. It's pretty OBVIOUS that before ADAM, stuff was going on on this dirt ball. The "Adamic Creation" wasn't the first thing that happened - satan's rebellion, for example. The earth being "Without form and void" when it wasn't created that way (Isa 45:18) indicates devastation before Adam was formed.
God is Sovereign,has Dominion over His creation and is Omniscient. As bad as it is now, it's all going according to His plan.
The bible talks about God creating a new heaven and a new earth. Apparently, God is going to reset everything and start over creating.
I don't mean this critically but truthfully, but most give little thought to God's ways. As mentioned earlier in the thread, God never does anything that doesn't bring Him glory or doesn't accomplish His will. So what exists is always best, is under God's control, and brings Him the most glory.

Because as problems arise, God doesn't simply give us victory, but accomplishes His and our victory by using what is intended to destroy us to give us our victory.

Suppose you start a project that is going to take at least 30 days in order to begin to get results. After 15 days you are not getting any results, what do you do? Do you continue on accepting that the results will come in due time or do you restart the project?
We do not know where in God's project for this creation we are at present, not what results, if any, God perceives as already having arrived not what timetable God is expecting result in.
God knows what He intended when He began this process and how long He expected it to take. Who are we to call for Him to do a reset out of our ignorance?
There are two realms: the temporal and the eternal. The eternal is not bound by time. Things simply ARE in that realm. In the fullness of time (you will find that phrase often in scripture) what is true in the eternal will appear in time. Often, a glimpse of what is in the eternal can be seen in the temporal realm as a shadow or a type. The OT is full of such references.
A covenant is meant to administrate an estate. In a covenant, there is party of the first and party of the second. Each side brings to the table the binding conditions that are sealed in the covenant. In the first covenant the party of the first was God the Father, the party of the second was God the Son. Man did not get a say and he did not have a part. Man had no part to play in the covenant. He was simply a third party beneficiary. He benefited from God's agreement with God by simply showing up.
God created man knowing that he would sin. When He declared "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness.." He did with full knowledge that man, because of sin, could not reach the standard of His image and His likeness, man could not put on display the character and holiness of God. Adam was the son of God, having received his nature and likeness from God, his Father. Yet, because of sin, God's declaration, that man be one with Him, could not be fulfilled. This was the first covenant between God and God. This covenant never vested with Adam. He would be the son of God consequentially, but Adam could never bear the image and likeness of His father to the point of being one with Him.
So, a declaration was made to make man the sons of God in oneness with Him. And this was done in full knowledge that Adam would sin and could not meet the standard of oneness. Yet, before man was created, the condition that would reconcile man to the covenant, that man would bear the image and likeness of God, was already paid.
God the Son was slain from the foundation of the world:
"All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world."
God the Father, presented with this condition, agreed that anyone found in Christ would meet the fulfillment of the covenant by the grace of representation and through faith in Christ.
"For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus."
This RECONCILES man back to the original covenant. Reconciliation is to bring someone back to the their original, intended state. In this covenant, the state is to be one with God and to bear His image and likeness; to put on display the likeness of his Father in Heaven. The promise of this covenant was given to Abraham.
So, the covenant was sealed from the foundation of the world between God and God. Adam was created knowing that he nor his children could fulfill the covenant. Yet, the price of man's reconciliation was already paid. The promise of the covenant, that God was creating a nation of kings and priests, was given to Abraham. And, in the fullness of time, the payment for the covenant was displayed in the earth with Jesus dying for the sins of man and entering the Holy of Holies in the presence of God the Father. Now, through faith in Christ, man can be reconciled back to the original condition God intended for them: to be one with Him. By this, we become sons of promise, and thus the spiritual sons of Abraham, and sons of God, bearing His image and likeness.
This explains Hebrews 6:13-20
"For when God made a promise to Abraham, because He could swear by no one greater, He swore by Himself, saying, “Surely blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply you.” And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise. For men indeed swear by the greater, and an oath for confirmation is for them an end of all dispute. Thus God, determining to show more abundantly to the heirs of promise the immutability of His counsel, confirmed it by an oath, that by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we might have strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold of the hope set before us.
This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil, where the forerunner has entered for us, even Jesus, having become High Priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek."
We, then, become priests with this ministry: "That God was in Christ, reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them..."

They say that the death of a star has the building blocks of life.
Our sun itself sustains the earth by it's own demise.
The dirt of the ground sustains itself in the same way.It's gets enriched through death,and through death comes life.
In that way it is fallen unto the ground and is born again,and only then will it bares much fruit.
If God designed it all in this way,does that mean that man was predestined to fall?
The fall must have happen soon after the creation of Adam and Eve.
Now really think about it.The fall probably wasn't only a local thing, but a heavenly one.
Why would the heavens have to roll like a scroll?The rolling like a scroll is symbolic of his word going throughout the heavens in this universe.
This is why I find it silly that some people assume that man is God's only sentient intelligent creation created in his image.
In this whole universe there is only one seed(earth) planted in a vast garden which is the cosmos?
According to Revelation, this will happen after the 1000-year reign of Jesus Christ on earth. After the 1000 years Satan will be loosed from the lake of fire and be allowed to deceive the nations for the last time. After this, Satan be be thrown back into the lake of fire. At this point, God will create the new heavens and the new earth.
