There are a few things here we can know are True from this passage.

1. There is a Hades.
2. There are actual flames in Hades.
3. People in Hades are in pain all the time.
4. There is no water in Hades.
5. People in Hades can see people in Heaven.
6. There is a great chasm between Hades and Heaven.
7. No one can cross over from Hades to Heaven.
8. Hades is a place of torment for all Eternity.
Death and hades is shown delivering up the dead (in them)

Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

Then...

Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

But it continues....

Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Whereas in relation to the same it says earlier...

Rev 12:11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

On these the second death hath no power

Rev 20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

Speaks of who shall whave their part in the lake which burneth (which is the second death)

Rev 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Even as (just prior) it shows

Rev 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Showing the same two present above (here below) earlier on

Rev 19:10 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

So the above first (beast and false prophet) because the devil that decieved them (after) was cast into the same (where they already are)

And follows also here

Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

I can answer most anything, if you are able to formulate relative questions.
You come in with "You people" here

All of you people who want to put people in a place of torment before they are even judged....... how do you justify that? If they have not yet been judged, how do you make them out to be deserving of torment while you decide others aren't?
The word used in the picture of the rich man is the same found here

Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

You speak of being in it before they are judged and this verse speaks of beig delivered up out of the same and being judged (after).

Then you say something about about relative questions

Luke 16:23 And in hades 86 he lift up his eyes being in torments,

And here...

Luke 16:28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.

Shown here delivered up...

Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hades 86 delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

And shows again both death (and hades) being cast into the lake of fire

Rev 20:14 And death and hades 86 were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

So in the abovedeath and hades 86 are cast into the lake of fire (but only after those in them) are delivered up out of them.

Its the following verse which speaks of those that were in them who were not found in the book of life cast into the lake of fire

Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

What does the "colon" denote? (Even though that is simply a "translation" thing, since it doesn't exist in the Ancient languages) Does that indicate to you that they were already judged before they were raised?

No. For a long time on here, you have attempted to hide behind a flurry of disconnected verbosity. You will not get away with that with me. We will slowly and steadily get a solid and clear statement of where each of us stands on simple questions, one at a time, or we won't.

"Clutter the post to confuse" isn't going to work here.

Okay so you come onto the thread say you people want to do such and such and then come back and say nuh uh and speak of judging him before he is in this place and then if you show how there are others in the same who are delivered up and after judged and I need to answer to you (and your words which say otherwise) and go into colons?

You never even add scripture, ever, you just blurt out stuff, and you been coming up behind me in your sarcasm and then when you get called on it like you did on my question concerning what the love of God would look like you come back with bring homosexual winos into my home, and then I answer saying, I suppose you have one staying with you (oh no, you dont, but you suggest it) but you cant because your wife says no, and then you go into trumpeting how you two have put similiar into motels because if hygeine issues and off we go to Willie T's space camp. After that you become bitter and looking for an in at me, and whenever I ask you anything (which is vain I know) you can only turn it because you add nothing to a thread except your own mouth to the thread and it goes nowhere.

Not even a verse of scripture that Christ might actually be glorified outside of your words.

But again, I saw through your last comment when I confessed openly to another that I only read the scripture and you again took it up to dig

You hating me doesnt make you prettier it exposes you

There is only clutter in your responses, I felt very clear and I have posted scripture.

That didn't answer the first simple question I asked.

Do you think people are judged in the grave?

Do I believe this?

The event in Luke is a future even. This is what will happen after the White Throne Judgement.

There are dead people in the Grave awaiting to be judged.

Trying to be cute, and posting the very Scripture that is in question says nothing except that the copy/paste function of your computer works.

Do you believe people are judged before they are raised from being dead?

Do you belive these people were judged before they were raised from being dead?
Is you question in accord with that scripture so I might answer yes or no.

Is that where being judged comes from in your own mind?

If its just made up out of your own fantasy and not out of the word of God how will I know where you are speaking from?

Are you asking about the dead there being judged as it shows?

Again

Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

The unanswered question still stands. Alternating red and blue colors in a post doesn't say what you believe.

And as usual there goes mine also, and most likely because its not rooted in the scriptureaccording to how it is written, to point to that place and say that is correct is to stand corrected and thats not possible.

And with the advice of Prov 14:7

Proverbs 14:7 Go from the presence of a foolish man, when thou perceivest not in him the lips of knowledge.

I'll be taking it

That is still no answer to a very basic question about our faith. Do you believe people are judged while still in their graves, prior to being raised?

One could ask what was the necessity of Christ's death burial and resurrection if the dead were already being forgiven and resurrected before the generation of Jesus Christ?
