If there was an outside chance that you were for real, I would encourage you in scripture, pray with or for you, reason together, etc.
But you're an obvious fraud, so you get sarcasm and raspberries.

I asked before, I'll ask again, 'Who joins brand new to a website, and before any greetings, introductions, or time spent on other threads contributing to the on-going conversation,
they just start their own threads,
disparaging the websites people, right out of the box?'
Come on, we've seen this a thousand times before.
Don't you know how many teenagers, basement-dwellers,
and other ninnies get their kicks on the computer mocking
people of faith, particularly christians, precisely BECAUSE we're
held up to be more forgiving and patient than other religions?
The more you engage them sincerely, the more of a mockery
they'll make of you, and one of the first tricks is to try to throw
our Savior and His word at us and use that to tell us all what we're
doing wrong.
How many like them have come here, stirred up strife,
caused us to start in on each other with accusations of 'You're not being nice...You're not being Christ-like...You're not being loving',
while they sit back laughing behind their computer, because they have nothing constructive to do.
AND good ppl have wound up being banned as a result of the conflict, only to have the 'johnlovers' eventually disappear back into the woodwork they crawled out of, only to re-surface weeks later and start it all up again.
We're to love the Lord with all our MINDS,
and that includes being wise to deception, whether
it comes from a computer kid or the devil.
I know you're a good brother, p_rehbein, and you like to
give the benefit of the doubt, but please don't let your head
get softer than your already soft and blessed heart.
And I only say this 'cause I love ya, and there's been too much
of this running down of the Lord and His people lately by these
'johnny pop-ups'. We have enough trouble with some of the self-righteous legalists already on the site, telling ppl they're not saved unless they get water-baptised or follow their dictates of law and obedience.

I find much of what you have to say exact and correct according to the word of God, Given through Jesus Christ and have no authority to direct anyone, and also haven't read all of what you have to say. but I find The spirit working in accordance to much of what I have read from you. there are many prophets, male and female. yet There is only One prophet, Jesus. " the testony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy"
remember bro, how the prophets of old were treated, and that the ones who are rejected are doing something right so long as their words remain in Him. Just wanted to let you know, you are not rejected by everyone. and if even One person hears what you are saying, its well worth the opposition. " blessed are you when men persecute you and falsely say all kinds of things against you because of my name, for great is your reward in Heaven"

anyone who acts in the manner of an OT prophet and tells everyone they are a prophet is not a prophet
the Holy Spirit resides in believers....the NT office of prophet does not operate in the same way the OT prophet did
of course, those who fancy themself a prophet, want to have authority and power...another sure sign someone is not a prophet
any person calling themself a prophet and using threats or verses from scripture as a curse is not a prophet
any person who comes on telling everyone to repent is not a prophet
and so on

God is not going to bless false words and condemnation
and no, I have no fear in what I say because neither of you are prophets
anyone can string verses together and say I am prophet...that's a big problem among some Christians today...no discernment and they want to SEE rather than have faith in God who is invisible

For God did not send His Son into the world that He might condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. John 3:17
you folks who think the entire gospel message is judgement and condemnation really need to get a grip and sit under some proper teaching

If a voice is telling you to condemn the church and God's people, then that voice is not from God.
Satan tries and divide and isolate God's children.
He entices people to spread rumors and lies. He gets folks to ridicule and fight.
However despite it all God does not want you to forsake the fellowship.
God Holy spirit still works in many churches and I will pray you will find a local congregation that you may be blessed and grow.
And I will pray that the mob stop and reexamine their own hearts before gathering the tar and feathers.

I thank you. You are right in that anything said by a prophet is coming from God. What I share on the internet is always led by God. Jesus at times has me delete some of what I have written, because it was me writing, and not him. That does not mean Jesus corrects my grammar. It would be helpful if he would though.
As of late Jesus is having me become harder and harder on people. For years he had me leave the Catholic Church alone, but now he is having me attack it as hard has I have been the rest of the churches.
