John/Jack has been condemning everyone and everything. How is that not an attack?
I have not said it was not; how do you know it was not addressed ? How about we move from here and I give you my word I will do what I have to do in accordance with the rules :)

*The centurion replied, “Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof. But just say the word, and my servant will be healed.*For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell this one, ‘Go,’ and he goes; and that one, ‘Come,’ and he comes. I say to my servant, ‘Do this,’ and he does it.”*When Jesus heard this, he was amazed and said to those following him, “Truly I tell you, I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith.*I say to you that many will come from the east and the west, and will take their places at the feast with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven.*But the subjects of the kingdom will be thrown outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”*Then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go! Let it be done just as you believed it would.” And his servant was healed at that moment. - Matthew 8:8-13 http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew8:8-13&version=NIV

Centurion have 100 soldiers under them.

Jesus didn't tell him to quit his job and stop being a solider.

Based on your previous statement I won't mention all the solider references out of the old testament.

There are countless threads about rather a Christian has to be sinless or not, what perfection means, how one obtains it, etc.

It would take a lengthy dialogue.

Do you really want to engage in it?
Personally I don't mind if we both come to the discussion humbling before God and willing to admit that what we believe might be wrong.

And we pray together before we begin the discussion.

You game?
I have been doing what you ask for many years. Once Jesus came into my living room and sat next to me. He had me open the bible to where it tells us that a Christian is dead to sin. Then Jesus told me how he made it possible for us to never sin again.
After that there was no way I would ever back down from telling people they were not Christians if they still sin. So pray, why yes! I ask you Jesus to give me as you always do the correct answers to everyone that I share with.

Now your turn to share....where does Jesus say specifically for people NOT to be soldiers?

Okay...

Dear Lord we come before you humble, with hearts yearning and seeking Your truth and light. God we ask you bind any deceiving spirit that is not from You and cast them from our lives. Lord we ask for your spiritual protection on our minds and hearts and lips as we seek wisdom through prayer and study of Your Holy Words.

God help us speak life giving water into the lives of those who hear. Help us listen for Your voice and Your will in our lives. God we need you more than we can say. Cut through the lies and the deceptions that bind us and give us the power speak Truth in Your Holy name. In Jesus name we pray and give all glory and praise, amen.

You want to use your understanding of some event in scripture to negate what Jesus said.

(Matthew 5:44) “But I say this to you: love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you;”

(Matthew 5:38-48) “You have learnt how it was said: Eye for eye and tooth for tooth. But I say this to you: offer the wicked man no resistance. On the contrary, if anyone hits you on the right cheek, offer him the other.”

(Matthew 5:39) “You have learnt how it was said: ‘Eye for eye and tooth for tooth.’ But I say this to you: offer the wicked man no resistance.”

Nope it's not my understanding, it's the Bible text.

Which you want to ignore.

Is it loving to allow a mass murderer to kill hundreds? Is it loving to allow a child molester access to a room full of children?

Sometimes you have to use violence to stop greater sins from happening.

What Jesus said can’t be watered down. He did not say thing just to be talking. Jesus personally came into my living room and told me we are not to hurt/harm anyone for any reason. That is what scripture is saying Jesus told us, and you want some how to negate what Jesus said.

well of course not I cannot negate anything Jesus said HE is the Word :) but it would be maybe more edifying if the tone of self-rightiousness was cut back a bit maybe . I could be wrong in my understanding so please forgive me :) If i am

Physical harm, spiritual harm or emotional harm?

Words can be pretty hurtful.

Where are your wife and children now?

That is your reasoning, and it is the world’s Job to defend its laws. Christians are not of the world, and we have God that we trust to take care of us. We accept God’s will to be done. No our will but God’s will. If God wants me to die then I will die. If God wants my loved ones to die then they will die, and I will not disobey God to try to save them from being killed. That is God’s job, and if he wants them to live they will live,
How long we live here does not matter, what matters is if we do God’s will or not.

Not to say that I do not think you might be way off in left field on quite a few things, but I do believe you are probably walking closer to Jesus in your "non-violence" thinking than many of us are. Keep living and preaching it, Brother, though you won't be heard by many of us.

What if God tells you to save them by fighting as a solider?
