Hebrews 8:13
By calling this covenant "new," he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear.

Jeremiah 31:33
(33) But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
Hebrews 8:10
(10) For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

In the new covenant the law is written in the heart instead of on stone although the law is the same

Do you have a point since you've gone way into left field here?
These are very simple and straight forward questions about the sabbath. Can you answer them in a simple straight forward way to help us all understand the sabbath a little better and how it applies to man?

"Having canceled out the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us and which was hostile to us; and He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. When He had disarmed the rulers and authorities, He made a public display of them, having triumphed over them through Him. Therefore let no one act as your judge in regard to food or drink or in respect to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath day- things which are a mere shadow of what is to come; but the substance belongs to Christ." (Col 2:14-16)

Nalu, I don't mean to sound harsh, but your beliefs are irrelevent to the facts. You can believe everyday is Holy all you want. YHWH and Yeshua make it crystal clear about keeping the Sabbath. The only opinion here is yours, and that to make an excuse to do what you want not what God wants.
Incase you missed it, here it is again in the NT.
Luke 23:56 And they returned, and prepared spices and ointments, and RESTED THE SABBATH DAY ACCORDING TO THE COMMANDMENT.

So you have no arguement, it is you deciding to ignore scripture, plain and simple.

Clossians chapter 2 verses 14 to 23.
Romans chapter 12 verses 1 and 2.
Luke chapter 9 verses 23 to 27.

These are just a few reasons I choose to worship daily.

I believe each day we are given is a gift from God, a day filled with oppourtunity to spead the Saving Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Every day is Holy unto the Lord, all seven.

Ezekiel 11:19 And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh:

That is amazing. I had not seen that before! So even Israel is a type and shadow of spiritual Israel to come. Jesus fulfills so many wonderful and exciting things!!

God Bless You

Nalu, I've shown scripture that proves, where in scripture does it say everyday is Holy unto the Lord? Again, since it seems so hard for people to pay attention to what is written. I feel like I'm talking to preschoolers. We are to worship daily, BUT IT DOESN'T DO AWAY WITH GOD'S COMMANDMENT TO KEEP SABBATH. Do you believe also that the Ten Commandments are done away with?

In the OT Jacob is Israel in the new Jesus is Israel

Genesis 32:28
(28) And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.
Hosea 11:1
(1) When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt.
Matthew 2:15
(15) And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my son.

The OT has the 12 tribes the NT has the 12 apostles.
Moses chose 70 elders Jesus sent out 70.

If we do not belong to Jesus we do not belong to Israel, if we belong to Israel then the 10 commandments are for us including the 4th

Romans 9:6
(6) Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:
Galatians 3:29
(29) And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

"Let us not, therefore, be insensible to His kindness. For were He to reward us according to our works, we should cease to be. Therefore, having become His disciples, let us learn to live according to the principles of Christianity. For whosoever is called by any other name besides this, is not of God. Lay aside, therefore, the evil, the old, the sour leaven, and be ye changed into the new leaven, which is Jesus Christ. Be ye salted in Him, lest any one among you should be corrupted, since by your savour ye shall be convicted. It is absurd to profess Christ Jesus, and to Judaize. For Christianity did not embrace Judaism, but Judaism Christianity, that so every tongue which believeth might be gathered together to God.” St. Ignatius of Antioch to the Magnesians 100AD

This is not a book of the bible. It is simply a letter of Ignatius of Antioch, a student of St. John the Apostle.

Romans chapter 14 verse 5 and 6.
We each are free to make our own mind, I choose to serve God all seven days.

I do not judge or condemn people who do not share my views, they are free in Christ and can decide for themselves.

Acts chapter 5 verses 40 to 42 provide a wonderful example of daily worship.

You seem to be getting perplexed, may I suggest some deep breathing excercises.

Wait until he reads my post from St. Ignatius of Antioch in 100AD... He'll really need some deep breathing exercises.

Romans 14:5-6
(5) One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.
(6) He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.

This has nothing to do with the sabbath, we cannot worship God according to our own opinion, Cain worshiped God according to his own opinion and his worship was not accepted

We each are free to make our own mind,
When you stand before God, let me know if you can how that lame excuse works out.

Acts chapter 5 verses 40 to 42 provide a wonderful example of daily worship.

[/QUOTE So you use scripture about preaching daily the Word of God, your excuse for ignoring God's Sabbath. So are you also one of those who have declared the Ten Commandments obsolete? Can you answer this question honestly?

Oh I read it, Cleante, it wasn't worth responding to because it wasn't from scripture, it was just some man's thought.

Brother Avinu they will agree with the other 9 but not the sabbath, but as we know if they agree with 9 they must agree with the 4th. If they think that the 4th is done away then all 10 must be done away they cannot have it both ways

There is really no need to resort to name calling when a person does not share your'e view.

Drink a tall cool glass of simmer down some and relax.

This is a good way to avoid the question, it's not name calling if it's true. If I call someone stupid then that's uncalled for, but someone being ignorant is not my fault. So are you going to answer the question or keep avoiding it?
