if this were only true then I could agree with you. I have read several times however how you speak of loosing salvation based on too much sin in a person's life.
The bible clearly teaches that those who continue to willfully/deliberately sin will not receive eternal life.
If your bible does not say this I do not know what version you are reading, because every version I have seen says this.
There is a big difference in struggling and willfully/deliberately sinning, as struggling means you are attempting to stop and the other does not.
Here is what Apostle Paul said about those who continue to live sinful lives:
(Ephesians 4:20) But ye have not so learned Christ;

What makes you a legalist is that you teach one can lose salvation. You did not refute that, you only proved one who continues in sin was never saved.
