I agree, but this in no way "VOIDS" the 10 Commandments. Yes, IF we keep the First Two, then we are keeping the 10.
However, as you stated, we are not capable of ourselves to keep the 10, so, pray tell, what makes people think they can keep the Two Greatest? And, if they don't then, are they not GUILTY of breaking ALL of the Commandments?
Without GRACE, we are dead in our sin. Without unmerited GRACE and the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit, who comes to us AFTER we are "washed in the precious blood of Christ" which makes us "worthy" to be called His children, we are dead in our sin.
Still, the 10 Commandments are just as important to know and teach as the Two Greatest, and as all of the other Commandments Christ gave us........two important ones are Baptism and Communion.
