Exodus 34:28
Moses was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights without eating bread or drinking water. And he wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant—the Ten Commandments.

Is this not referring to Exodus 34:14-26?
The ten commandments are not listed in ex 34 specifically..just referenced. Did you see how well 16 to 26 match with exodus 23 verses. i posted for you? And how they are grouped together under the 3 feast?

Wrong.

Take a look at Exodus 20:3-17 and then look at Deuteronomy 5:7-21 and they are nearly identical.
they are -nearly- identical...there are small differences...

i believe there is a reason for that...

Exodus 34:1 - Now the LORD said to Moses, "Cut out for yourself two stone tablets like the former ones, and I will write on the tablets the words that were on the former tablets which you shattered.

Exodus 34:28 - And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.

Exodus 20:

1. No other Gods
2. No graven images, or worshipping them
3. No taking the Lord’s Name in Vain
4. Remember the Sabbath Day
5. Honor Thy Father and Thy Mother
6. Thou Shalt Not Kill
7. Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery
8. Thou Shalt Not Steal
9. Thou Shalt Not Bear False Witness
10. Thou Shalt Not Covet

Exodus 34:14-28:

1. Thou Shalt Worship God and Him Only
2. Thou Shalt Not Make Molten Gods
3. Thou Shalt Keep the Feast of Unleavened Bread
4. The first born or all things is mine.
5. Six Days Shall You work, but on the Seventh thou shalt rest
6. Thou shalt observe the feast of weeks, and three times a year your men children shall appear before the Lord.
7. Thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leaven.
8. Neither shall the sacrifice of the feast of the Passover be left unto the morning.
9. The first-fruits of thy land shall you bring unto the house of the Lord Thy God.
10. Thou shalt not boil a kid (baby goat) in his mother’s milk.

Clearly, they are not the same words!
Clearly you are not reading the Bible. They are not the 10 commandments, those instructions as I showed you God told Moses to write them down while God wrote the ten commandments.

Moses also received instruction for the sanctuary but that is not written. When he came down he had already the instruction

Those in Exodus 34 are just a few of the Mitzvah laws for the Jews.
