the repent is change one's mind from unbelief to belief and God will change you, me and anyone that does believe no ands, ifs or buts here. The Reformed people say that faith and repentance is works which means they can boast because they have saved themselves. (This is so wrong.) So to get round that they say they were elected at the foundation of the earth.
The result is that because they do not think they need to come to Jesus in faith believing and repent of their sins then they are unsaved and that is so sad.

We are today after the cross in a New Covenant, have been given new laws, the law of love to all God's way not human way. and given a new high Priest that lives forever in the order of Melchisadek and God has remained truthful to his promise to Abraham, by Christ and by Faith as this was counted to Abraham as righteousness and then he did the work a by-product of Faith, and today we first have faith recieve the life offerd to us and we do as led by God through the Holy Ghost as Christ did the same

or claim to and take it for granted and just go and continue in sin, thinkiing like the Corinthians did yeap since we are forgiven we can just do wahtever we want to, when true belief changes one to have Mercy as God has had Mercy and is the reason why Paul wrote to the Cor. to show them the error that we were taking advatage of the free gift and God in Hebrews thorugh the writer there
