I just noticed this post and wanted to say that I think your analysis is accurate. We can hope that our Christian influence in the MAGA movement will continue to salt and enlighten our society and government.
We can hope for it I suppose but as for me I'm a bit let down with the amount of non Christian's he is surrounding himself with this time around. Things like AI,Crypto currency.Climate change and others concern me also because of the direction he is going in their regards. The point I was meaning is that in Christian forums I notice that Christians always speak of a Christian type government coming out of all this but if Christians would step out of their usual Christian social media circles and examine some of the non Christian MAGA circles the idea they have are quite different than ours.

Sailor, how are you?
I have a question for you.
Have you published any books you said?
Did anybody buy them?
Doing fine except for a cold and hope you are too.

The books I self-published in 2018 and 2019 were:

The Best Belief: A Logical Argument for the Christian Answer, and

The Christian Creed: Implied by Affirming Jesus as Christ and Lord,

which are Lessons 1 and 2 of my website without the picture illustrations that I found online,
(which did not copy over, although the captions did).

In accordance with MT 10:8, the booklets were free, but then I began putting my life's learning on the website for
anyone to use as a resource and spiritual boost. <truthseekersfellowship.com>

Hope y'all will be blessed by it!

I guess AI and crypto currency are unavoidable, but we must hope MAGA will keep in check those who would use them for evil purposes.

I am confident that Trump does not believe humans contribute much to climate, but hopefully he will employ common sense solutions to various concerns. I thought things were going in a good direction before covid and the communists struck in 2020.

Not sure what you mean by non-Christian MAGA circles.

It doesn't seem to me that neither DT(Methodist/Presbyterian background), JD Vance(Christian childhood, shifting to atheist in collage then conversion to Catholic in 2019),Musk (atheist/Agnostic) and the many others other than Paula White,Mike Johnson ect. are going to even look at the futurist view of AI or crypto currency the same way as futurist do. So keeping that creature in it's cage may be a really difficult trick to preform if at all. In Christianity Amil's Preterites and Futurist have debated the subject since Christianity became permissible under Constantine.
As for climate change well the words coming out of their mouths is that it is a hoax but their eyes and hands are looking up at Canada and over to Greenland and down at the Panama Canal as if as the ice melts those places look way better as things warm up to raise cows and plant corn and to control China by claiming a thing China needs. It's beginning to look more like they listened to the scientist and came to the conclusion that the red line had already been crossed years ago and so they decided to say it was a hoax to keep the masses from going Mad Max while they moved to places they knew would survive.
I'm from Texas and so I'm not sure what MAGA looks like where you live but in Texas it's been really interesting for years now with all the hype about the border. There's been times sitting around in the break room eating lunch and watching TV and the mass deportation issue comes up and all the pretty things we say about whose who in the plan all goes out the window. I just sit and listen though because none of them even know I'm of mixed race and it's just way too much fun listening to your fellow co-workers come out of their closets. It's not just in the workplace though the man I get propane from is vocal about it and at times even those at the grocery store. We as Christians I notice have one vision of MAGA but when the others all let their guard down they aren't offering land in Texas and building bases and setting up tents for nothing. They it seems are getting really irritated that we are not going town by town rounding up foreigners and the stuff about the DEI and the few pages on DOGE they see as chicken feed.

Yes, keeping the beast in its cage will prove to be impossible at the end, but who is the one keeping the man of lawlessness from being revealed? (2THS 2:3) Trump?

Trump is looking at Canada and Greenland, because as the ice melts it becomes more possible for Russia and China to approach US from the north.

I am a fellow Texan (and member of the human race :^)

Yes I remember us discussing our locations back several pages when I said I moved from Austin to the Big Thicket and thought you were witnessing the same? In Austin or I imagine in the other large cities I notice it to be in the more trusted circles of conversations. Anyway I was meaning in the not sure what it looks like where you live part meaning in Texas but maybe worded it incorrectly, lol

It's ok bro, you're missing out on months of conversations i've had with him.
He's my coffee buddy.
Here is a topic I discussed with someone on the AKO chat forum when I was activated that we never finished.

On a scale from communism to laissez faire capitalism, where is the golden mean and which political party's policies are closest to that spot?

Good question.
I would say Massachusetts has a great model which if applied nationwide it would be great if tweaked further to allow for more weapons as I know that’s your favorite toys, not just for you but for millions of others.

1. Free healthcare and education .
You need these because you’re investing in your citizens so you want them healthy and educated.
Most modern nations already have this.

2. Have very strong protected borders .
Very simple. The country is not a revolving door so you need to make sure that people in your “house” are nice and safe.
For example Canada already beats USA in terms of requirements for their legal immigrants.

3. Strong military.
This is linked to the point above.
You can’t protect your nation with an army of ghosts.

4. Relaxed gun laws because boys want their toys.
I want nothing to do with them, but you can have them. :)

I’d say you can build more ideas off these main pillars.
