I uploaded to YouTube this 17 minute discussion on the doctrine of Trinity between Timothy Kellar, D.A. Carson and John Piper. This video is in favor of the doctrine.

I hope it can help the discussion here.

He Wasted his efforts, because The Bible already rebukes Trinity Doctrine...But Whatever..

Well Sir, when all of us reach the Great White Throne Judgement.(Revelation 20 verse 10) when it becomes your turn to speak be sure you ask God, where Jesus and The Dove. ( HolymGhost/Spirit) are..because you won't see 3 there....Praise The ONENESS of God!
Jesus and the Holy Spirit ARE there, within the one being. There is still a trinity.

Oh, you're one of those? I can see now that no biblically logical or reasoned argument will dissuade you from your Oneness beliefs. Only Holy Spirit can show you the truth of who God is.

The Spirit of God has already Shown me, and Millions of others Who God is. Tell me exactly how you figure that God ( The Father) and The Holy Spirit Who are one and The Same Spirit, ate two "Persons" how does a Spirit become a Spirit and Person same time?

John 15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:
John 16:3 And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me.

The triune Godhead is specifically seen here. They are distinct from each other.

John 17 20-21
20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

I agree that "person" is not a good word to use with regards to the nature of God who is spirit. I find it interesting that God never explicitly defines Himself as a trinity. Maybe mere words are just not sufficient to really explain the Godhead?

God isn't explicit with a lot of His truths, but He expects us to mine His Word to find out for ourselves what He says.

Good way to help point out the triunity of God.

We in Christ are one in Christ, but we're not the same person.
Jesus is one with the Father.
Distinct persons, not three offices or administrations as someone said earlier, not three manifestations (only), but three persons.
Jesus loves the Father. The Father loves the Son.
They can't love each other if they're the same person.
Distinct in personhood. One in Godhood.

Umm where do you see 3 persons in this verse?
Let's break it down what Jesus Stated.."But when The Comforter is Come ( The One and only Spirit of God/ The Holy Ghost/ Holy Spirit) whom I WILL SEND UNTO YOU FROM THE FATHER (Same One Spirit as The Holy Ghost/ Spirit) etc......Jesus has all power in heaven in Earth according to scripture, so you have to see it one way or another..The "Father" is The Creator of everything in our Universe, and Jesus is telling us he will send The Holy Ghost unto his Apostles. So if he has The Same power as The Father, that makes the "Two" persons #1 and #2 One and the Same. The Holy Spirit is ONE AND ONLY SPIRIT in the entire universe. So I submit unto you..If Jesus (Person#2 In The Godhead) has the Power to send someone The Holy Spirit that Makes The "Father" and The "Son" as ONE..NOT TWO.
And The Spirit he sends his Apostles is The Same One Spirit As The "Father " also is..
I have to go to sleep i have a busy day tomorrow, so take all the time you need and give me your answer on How you see 3 persons in The Chapter and verse you mentioned.

And Finally let's see what Jesus himself declared to prove my Point: John 10 verse 30: Jesus declared "I, and MY FATHER ARE ONE"

So, Jesus himself that he and The Father are ONE ( NOT ONE OF TWO PERSONS..ONE)
Now let us quickly read John 14 verses 7-10
Apostle Philip asks Jesus: "Lord SHOW US THE FATHER AND IT SUFFICES US"
Jesus tells Philip: "Have I been so long time with you Philip, and yet you do not know me?
HE THAT HAS SEEN ME, HATH SEEN THE FATHER, so why ask "Show us The Father"!!!

Gotta go...send me a responce about 6PM CDT tomorrow..God Bless and Thanks!

God is Love. This in itself shows that God is One God but three persons.

pretty sure Jesus is speaking of a whole lot more than just 3 persons in the family.

If you see 3 persons i will pray for you.
God's Word doesn't work against itself. And God's Word infers the truth of one God (a Godhead of three persons - Father, Son, Spirit).

pretty sure you have a comprehension problem.
Do you understand what an example is?

Example: We (well, maybe not you and I, I'm having my doubts about you anymore) but We, me and another christian, are one in Christ, but we are not the same person.
Pretty sure you're not too stupid to understand that. Maybe not.

The Father, Son, and Spirit are one God, but three distinct persons.

I asked over and over, to anyone who does not believe in the triune nature of God: Who or what did God love before He created anything?
None of the deniers has answered the question.

what about this verse then? " at that day ye shall know that i am in my father and ye in me and i in you( Jn 14:20)" meaning, the Father is distinct from Jesus just as we(believers) are distinct from Jesus; yet we are one, in an inseparable union with the Godhead by Jesus Christ!!

The Father, Son and Holy Spirit are one in essence, yet distinct from each other. The Father is not the Son, the Son is not the Father and the Holy spirit is neither the Son nor the Father, Yet they are one in Essence; one God in three hypo-stasis; that is, one God in communion of three persons, known as the PERECHORESIS of the Godhead.

The way I was taught God is one divine essence expressing himself in three persons: father, son, and Holy Spirit. "God is not one, he is three, he's not three, he is one"

It is not:
The Holy Spirit + The Father + The Son = 3 separate God's

It is:
The Holy spirit x the Father x the Son= God

Jesus is speaking = 1
About the Father =2
And He is going to send the Holy Spirit =3
And what about when Jesus was in the garden and He prayed, Father, if it be possible, please let this cup pass from me?
And when He was on the Cross, He also prayed to the Father, Father, why has thou forsaken me?
And then He said when I go to the Father, I will send you the Comforter, which is the Holy Spirit
Three distinct beings
Three in one, but all the same in desires, in mission, and in perfect harmony one with another.
