so baptism is God command he want us to do..
yes he gave us many commands. Not just one

have you not see it yet...when baptism is mentioned it direct us to the death of Christ.
Yes
but one immerses us in to christ
one immerses us in water
they are 2 different baptisms

the one in Col 2 is not water baptism it is spirit baptism. Ie the spirit does the actual baptizing

There is no indication that the spirit does the actual baptizing in col 2.
And baptism is burying oneself with Christ in Death

Jesus said..You MUST be born again..
jesus is talking about FUTURE..not the present situation..
MUST be..
Like the Son must be lifted up
Christ must suffer
The law must be fulfilled.

He is not talking of present situation of man...If you have 42 minutes..watch the video...
well I am late to the party

but...I have a Bible and good comprehension

I would recommend people use that and put the 45 minutes into a study of the word

Have you managed to watch the video?
Yes, and sorry it took so long to get back. I honestly agreed with everything the guy said until minute marl 35:02, he just all of a sudden makes this giant assertion that baptism is what washes our sins away, as in the physical act of being submersed is what washes away our sin natures. Where did this come from? Nothing he has said or read to this point supports this assertion. I was just like?????

Then at 35:51 just throws "to be born again, baptism is a must", really? Says who? Because nothing you've presented in the first 35 minutes of this sermon supports this. Again IO actually agreed with everything he said up to this point, then he just jumped realities ship into "Lala Land", and started here.

At 36:44 says that baptism is the "first part" of being born again, I disagree, being born again happens the same way being born happens, not in stages.

I could go on but to sum up, I don't think any of the scripture he read supports the assertion he makes at the end out of thin air that the work of being baptized is how we are saved, or excuse me, "the first part".

This is not true brother and God has given me this testimony to share now. I was baptized, I came forth and proclaimed Jesus name, was dunked under water, and not saved. Then when God did reach down, resurrected my spirit, reconciled it to His, forever changing my heart of stone to one of flesh being completely saved without being baptized. This does not fit with what you're putting forth here. You re watch your video again with this in mind, nothing he said or any scripture he read said anything about baptism being "a must", but at 35:02 he just starts declaring baptism is necessary. Anyway have a great day.

I re listen..at 35:02...did it not say "its like our sins are washed away"...like peter commparing baptism that saves 8 souls by water
Baptism is a must...on the understanding that born of water is baptism...that where the video started...

12 buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead.

it tells you flat out who did the baptism which spiritually circumcises us and it was not your pastor.

Do you think there is power in breaking of bread?
why are you stuck on this? We are to do this often in remembrance of Him.. Baptism is only commanded once.

no, its says we were baptized through the working of God who raised us from ther dead.. read it again.

It makes no sense to tell us that the circumcision done by the hand of God not men is accomplished when you are baptised by the hand of men..

In 1 cor 11...why some are dead and some are sick? Is it becausr they ate expired bread?
some died physically because they disobeyed.

whats that have to do with water baptism washing our sins away?

EXCEPT A man be born of water and spirit. He cannot enter the kingdom of God....
You MUST be born again...
Does that sound mandatory....?

What is botn of water to you?
Man is born of water..........you do know that when a person is born, FIRST, their mothers water breaks right? The Scripture has zero to do with water baptism..........

I do know that...but Jesus was talking about a fully grown man...
Except a man be born of water and spirit...
The exception would not make any sense..since everyone is born from womb..wxcept from adam

don't weigh yourself down with man made doctrines
