Or maybe I’ve already watched y’all chase yourselves dizzy around this tree enough times that I’ve just decided to sit back and stir the pot. 🤷‍♂️
They're uptight that you used a meme while others accuse Reformed belief as Satanic. Um. Talk about hypocrisy...:ROFL::LOL::ROFL::LOL:

Their hearts are factories of straw men arguments...lol.

I just ran across these Old Testament verses:

Joshua 24: 15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

Deuteronomy: 3019This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live

In the Old Testament at least Joshua and Moses must have thought the Israelites could choose.

No, but what does that have to do with choosing to follow Jesus?
It has absolutely nothing to do with following Jesus.

Just like following Jesus has absolutely nothing to do with being born again Spiritually.

Following Jesus, happens AFTER the NEW Birth.

Looks like Joshua chose for his whole household. Did his family have a choice?

They could rebel against the head of the household if they chose to. Do we need examples of this? They are there.

Scripture is full of stories of man's rebellion against God :geek:

When one runs out of things to say to back up their argument, they resort to jeers like this.
There are not even any arminians in here so he is talking to himself

You disagree but then give the verse that agrees with what I was saying... and I did not add anything.

Believers are saved and God's enemies suffer the second death.
I did not post Anything that supported you

Romans 9 is not About believers and unbelievers
It’s about did god make a
Mistake Choosing Israel (Vs6)
The rest of romans 9-11 answers that questions to take it outside this context in my view distorts what Paul was trying to say

I agree. Those that are appointed to life will all choose Him.

Acts 13:48 New King James Version (NKJV)
48 Now when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad and glorified the word of the Lord. And as many as had been APPOINTED to eternal life believed.

Jesus said we must be born again. Calvin said most cannot be born again. I hope you are not trying to deceive people on purpose.
Well that’s good to know, because Jesus also said most will not be born again as well. Thanks for that bit of info about Calvin.

Those who call upon the Name of the Lord will be saved.

Makes me think of calling the doctor. Not that I need to, but if I want an appointment, I must :)

Romans 10:13 ► for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."
