Well, I agree with Luke and my friend Wall...

Act 5:32 And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.

Do you agree with Luke and the Bible?
obey the word of god which is to have faith in order to receive the holy ghost

lol... wall said that? when the bible specifically said "For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God," so please tell me where it says you have to keep the commandment to receive the holy spirit...
Yes Josh we are saved through faith but before faith came.....

GALATIANS 3 [23] But BEFORE FAITH CAME, WE WERE KEPT UNDER THE LAW, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. [24] WHEREFORE THE LAW WAS OUR SCHOOLMASTER TO BRING US UNTO CHRIST, THAT WE MIGHT BE JUSTIFIED BY FAITH.

Pretty simple to understand

Dual covenant is not taught in the Word, it is taught a lot by you here, along with something you call dispensationalism. Did you know that Jesus Christ does not talk about either one? Did you know we learn from Him? All who love the Son, love the Father, and they have received the seal of the Holy Spirit upon receiving the gift of salvation. With this comes the knowledge that all we need know is taught in the gospel taught by Yeshua. As Paul teaches, Paul did not die on the cross to give us the Gospel of Yeshua. If anyone teaches a gospel other than that taught by Yeshua, not that there is another gospel, let him be accursed. Please avoid changing the Gospel as delivered by our Savior. He gave us more than sufficient for salvation, His Blood and His Word, amen. Again, I truly detest the intellectual terms being introduced into the teachings of Jesus Christ in the name of theologies, especially when our Lord does not teach them. These are taught by people, not by the Holy Spirit. You would be blessed by observing the difference.

I believe Yeshua, not a bunch of sculptured words utilized from the Word to form an idol. The Blood of Christ is all anyone need understand for salvation, not an orchestrated theology of man, not even of yours.

If you wish to push your theology, that being the Lutheran religion, then you ought to do so in your own web page.

May Yahweh bless you by the Blood of Yeshua.

Now rather than accuse and liable more, why not show where the Word teaches Jesus Christ is the Sabbath of God, the Seventh Day and not simply the rest (sabbath) which is a word not fully translated in most versions of the Bible....

Obey the word of God? Exactly...

Mat 19:16 And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?
Mat 19:17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.

What is the promise of the Spirit? It is Eternal life...

right. so we're still under the old Covenant which wasn't made obsolete [by Christ's Coming, His death and resurrection] and vanished away with the temple and all traces of the Mosaic system in 70AD.

okay.

that means you're not saved.

as for the rest of your dispensationalism
So Zone have you been saved? Do you remember the day you were saved? What did you do to be saved?

Is that Josh123:13 or some other Apocryphal book? The Bible says...Act 5:32 And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.

yet you claim you can do the law before God justifies you, while the verse you quoted says it is the Gift of God and not of yourselves

And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.[h=3]Hebrews 11:6[/h]

Some folks are mixing the Commandments of Yahweh with the laws that governed diet, service in the Temple, statutes and regulations.

These people are well aware the commandments of Yahweh are concerning moral behavior, good behavior, and they attempt to teach agains obeying the Father by calling the Commandments or desires of our Father laws. No, He has told us how to conduct ourselves to please Him.

In the last books of the Bible called the New Testament or witness, we are taught to obey the commandments by Jesus, Yeshua, in the gospels and by Him through John in the Book, Revelation.

These people who drift with every intellectual breeze never address the truth of any of the above, preferring to call people heretics and blasphemers simply because they choose to obey the Messiah.

There is no teaching that Jesus, Yeshua, is the Seventh Day Rest (Sabbath) in the Commandments. That rest is from our six other days of labor, from our work. Now Jesus is indeed rest in grace and the knowledge that we no longer have to fear the curse of the other laws, the punishment, but ask yourself this, do you rest every day while you are laboring at your job? I never did. I had to work and work very hard. I sure appreciate and appreciated the LOrd's presence every day, but that Seventh Day has always been my biggest blessing and rest from my hard work................

Do not be drawn in to something that will cause you to purposely displease Jesus, Yeshua.

Sorry but I believe Jesus is our rest, our sabbath.

For if Joshua had given them rest, God would not have spoken later about another day. Therefore, a Sabbath rest remains for God’s people. For the person who has entered His rest has rested from his own works, just as God did from His. Let us then make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will fall into the same pattern of disobedience. - Hebrews 4:8-11 HCSB

Whether I keep it on the seventh day or not. I automatically fulfill the commandment...I still go to church Sunday and rest.

This is scripture that points to what the Op titles says. Jesus is our sabbath. Why wouldn't He be?

I wonder what God is doing about these posts! Laugh. Despair. Some I'm sure God just doesn't read at all for they are from people who are spiritually dead. God, in His word is so clear explaining all these subjects. He says He is Holy and in His holiness gives us grace. He sent His son so we have a way to wipe out our sins. God told us our part in that. God gave us His holy law and uses that for order in the universe and our lives. God told us and told us how He wants the obedience done, God told us we have a narrow straight line to walk. God told us to meditate, to put within us His law of love as all His law is.

And for meditation we have the psalms to fill us to the brim with God's words.

Whatever??? can be the problem.

Joshua? he he he. Uh... Yeshua...That would be Jesus the Christ!

AS God did!

HEBREWS 4 [10] For HE THAT IS ENTERED INTO HIS REST, he also hath ceased from his own works, AS GOD DID FROM HIS. [11] Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

Well...Ya see what it says. Now lets see how God rested from His work

HEBREWS 4 [4] For he spake in a certain place of THE SEVENTH DAY on this wise, And GOD DID REST THE SEVENTH DAY from all his works

Yup. God rested the 7th day. Pretty simple

You know what, people and I don't want to mention names, because that would be wrong. but Red Tent is always bringing up commandments and law. Where these things when Abraham walked the earth. God thought so highly of Enoch, that he said come on up here. What law, what commandment did they have. The only thing I can find that they had was FAITH.
