Here's Part 2:
I don't want to waste more time on this so here is an article from Got Questions?...
Will there be a second chance for salvation after death?
ANSWER (continued)
The key to understanding this is the Lamb’s Book of Life. Anyone whose name is written in this book was “saved before the foundation of the world” (
Ephesians 1:4) by God’s sovereign saving grace to be part of His Son’s bride, the church of Jesus Christ. These people need no “second chance” at salvation because their salvation has been secured by Christ. He chose us, He saved us, and He will keep us saved. Nothing can separate us from Christ (
Romans 8:39). Those for whom He died will be saved because Jesus will see to it. He declared “all that the Father has given me will come to me” (
John 6:37), and “I give to them eternal life, and they shall never ever perish, and not anyone shall pluck them out of My hand” (
John 10:28). For believers, there is no need for a second chance because the first chance is sufficient.
Ephesians 1:4 King James Version (KJV)
4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
Romans 8:39 King James Version (KJV)
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
John 6:37 King James Version (KJV)
37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.
John 10:28 King James Version (KJV)
28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
I was NOT saved before the foundation of the world. I was saved when I chose with my free will to believe, receive and love the saving faith of the Blood and Body of Jesus Christ. Now, I am predestined IN Christ to inherit eternal Life. The Lamb of God was slain before the foundation of the world. God in His sovereignty put His Mercy Safety Net in place because He knew we'd have a choice and we'd make the wrong one. He loves us so much, He loves to give us chances. The FINALITY of our free will to choose Life or Death is not until the Great White Throne of Judgment.
What about those who do not believe? Wouldn’t they repent and believe if they were given a second chance? The answer is no, they would not because their hearts are not changed simply because they die. Their hearts and minds “are at enmity” against God and won’t accept Him even when they see Him face to face. This is evidenced clearly in the story of the rich man and Lazarus in
Luke 16:19-31. If ever someone should have repented when given a second chance to see clearly the truth, it was the rich man. But although he was in torment in hell, he only asked that Abraham send Lazarus back to earth to warn his brothers so they didn’t have to suffer the same fate. There was no repentance in his heart, only regret for where he found himself. Abraham’s answer says it all: “And he said to him, If they do not hear Moses and the Prophets, they will not be persuaded, even though one rose from the dead” (
Luke 16:31). Here we see that the witness of the Scriptures is sufficient for salvation for those who believe it, and no other revelation will bring about salvation to those who do not. No second, third, or fourth chances would be enough to turn the heart of stone into a heart of flesh.
Luke 16:19-31 King James Version (KJV)
19 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:
20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,
21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.
22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;
23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.
26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.
27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house:
28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.
29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.
30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.
31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.
In this parable, Jesus is speaking to the Pharisees and how they have the writings of Moses and the Prophets and do not listen to them. Jesus spoke this to warn them that they will even deny Him (Jesus Christ) when He rises from the dead and they will end up in Hell tormented because they did not believe in Jesus Christ the Messiah the Human fulfillment of the Law and the fulfillment of all the prophets had written.
Dying without faith in Jesus Christ is a ticket to Hell but, again Hell is NOT the second death which is the Lake of Fire.
If I do not have Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior by the time of the Great White Throne of Judgment, then I will be thrown into the Lake of Fire and there are NO MORE chances at that time.
Philippians 2:10-11 declares “that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” One day, everyone will bow before Jesus and recognize that He is the Lord and Savior. At that point, though, it will be too late for salvation. After death, all that remains for the unbeliever is judgment (
Revelation 20:14-15). That is why we must trust in Him in this life.

Philippians 2:10-11 King James Version (KJV)
10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Only AFTER the Great White Throne of Judgment, now it's too late for salvation, all that remains for the unbeliever is perishing in the Lake of Fire.
======================
In conclusion, God greatly desires us to know Him and to love Him. Love must have a choice. We have the capacity to love but, must choose to do so.
God is coming for all those that love Him. Focus on loving and knowing God passionately. No worries about trying to understand everything....just keep seeking to know and to love God.
