God gave the law about Circumcision.

This is confusing purpose with definition.
We know a lot of the Old Testament laws had health benefits. Uncircumcision provides an environment where bacteria can readily breed, and it can restrict blood flow to the male organ in some cases, potentially risking permanent damage or loss. Not the sort of problems desirable in a society that is to be fertile and virile. Some health and hygiene issues can even be transferred to the wives of uncircumcised men. Infant circumcision (ideally at 8 days old) eliminates all such problems before they can even manifest. I've known of several mothers who delayed circumcision for their sons, only to encounter health issues at a later age when it became urgently necessary, despite being more traumatic and difficult.
I don't think there's any scriptural evidence for what you talked about with caves representing the male organ, and even non-Christian cultures would associate caves more with female anatomy (e.g. the womb or vulva). My point is that there's more relating circumcision with a purging from uncleanliness than your symbolism with caves and stone representing the male organ and foreskin.

12 When the Gentiles sin, they will be destroyed, even though they never had God’s written law. And the Jews, who do have God’s law, will be judged by that law when they fail to obey it. 13 For merely listening to the law doesn’t make us right with God. It is obeying the law that makes us right in his sight. 14 Even Gentiles, who do not have God’s written law, show that they know his law when they instinctively obey it, even without having heard it.

REVELATION 12:9

Therefore: People have the same situation same as Lazarus when he was inside the cave.

How come Paul who taught by Our Lord Jesus Christ (Galatians 1:11-12) said Circumcision as if is forbidden?
GALATIANS 5:2-4
2 Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing.
3 For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.
4 Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.
Where is the word of God in these verses?

9 The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.
MALACHI 3:6
6 For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.
