God gave the law about Circumcision.

Not really - and where does Jesus say these things - lets do one point at a time - Revelations - are we allowed to eat food sacrificed to idols or commit sexual immorality?

1 Corinthians 10:23 “I have the right to do anything”—but not everything is constructive.

It is important to recognize that the Bible can speak against doing something for incorrect reasons without speaking against doing it for the reasons for which God commanded it. For example, in Exodus 12:48, a Gentile who wanted to eat of the Passover lamb was required to become circumcised, so the Bible can speak against Gentiles becoming circumcised in order to become saved without speaking against becoming circumcised in accordance with the reasons for which God commanded it. God’s word should not be interpreted as speaking against obeying God’s word.

So explain Galatians 5:2. It clearly contradicts the Law requiring physical circumcision.

Acts 16:3 - Paul wanted to take him along on the journey, so he circumcised him because of the Jews who lived in that area, for they all knew that his father was a Greek.

Paul still believed it appopriate to circumcise a gentile

Paul also thought it permissible to eat food sacrificed to idols unless one was in the presence of someone weaker in faith whose conscience it offended--apparently including the writer of RV 2:20.
