God’s Doctrine of ONE Baptism Under HIS GRACE!

Grace and Peace! To ALL Dear Readers who have Persevered
through the many previous baptisms, and have come to this
point of Weighing ALL Of God’s Scriptural Evidence In HIS Very
Critically Important Doctrine Of Baptisms!

Is God’s Doctrine of ONE Baptism, as many think, water?

We are Spiritually Identified With (Baptized Into) CHRIST, HIS
Crucifixion, HIS Death, HIS Burial, And HIS Resurrection!

(Sounds like The Greatest News I've Ever heard!), so…

...some of The Confirming Scriptures:

Romans 6:3 ...Baptized Into JESUS CHRIST...Baptized Into HIS Death!

Romans 6:4 ...Buried With HIM By Baptism Into Death!

Romans 6:6 ...Crucified (JESUS' Baptism?) With HIM! - And also:

“For as many of you as Have Been BAPTIZED Into
CHRIST
Have Put On CHRIST!” (Galatians 3:27!)

How does a physical ritual "Baptize us into a Spiritual Organism"?

In addition, there is NO water Found “In God's Context” Of Any Of
These Baptism Passages! }, Precious friend(s), do you Agree With God?
Or, can we simply Add/Infer water into HIS Context "to fit" another view?

With The SuperNatural Help Of The Blessed Holy Spirit, And Comparing
Spiritual Scripture WITH Spiritual Scriptures (1 Corinthians 2:13!),
This ONE Baptism Makes us Spiritually:

“COMPLETE In HIM, WHO Is The Head Of ALL principality and power!”
(Colossians 2:10!), having:

“...The Circumcision Made WITHOUT HANDS { God’s Operation? }
...The Circumcision Of CHRIST!” (Colossians 2:11!), And Spiritually:

“Buried With HIM In BAPTISM, Wherein Also ye Are Risen With
HIM Through The Faith Of THE OPERATION Of God, Who
Hath RAISED HIM From The Dead!” (Colossians 2:12!), AND
Further:

“Not by works of righteousness {water?} which we have done, But
According To HIS Mercy HE SAVED us By The WASHING of REGENERATION
{Operation Of God’s BLOOD? }, And RENEWING Of The Holy Ghost!” (Titus 3:5!)

“Which HE Shed on us Abundantly Through JESUS CHRIST our SAVIOUR!”
(Titus 3:6!)

This Should “Complete The Spiritual OPERATION” of The Triune GodHead,
But, Are we done “Comparing ALL The Scriptures” Of The ONE Baptism?
All diligent students Should see That, In:

The Revelation Of The Mystery (Gospel Of GRACE For "us Today”),
with a Prayerful and Careful study, Rightly Divided, God Teaches:

Ephesians 4:5 KJB, Clearly States: “...One LORD, one faith, ONE BAPTISM...”
{perchance Paul was mistaken, and he really meant two?}

So, What Saith The Holy Scriptures “In It's Context,” About This ONE Baptism?:

“Endeavouring to keep The Unity Of The Spirit in the bond of Peace!
There is One Body, and One Spirit, even as ye are called in One hope
of your calling; One LORD, One faith, ONE Baptism, One God And Father
of ALL, Who Is Above ALL, and through All, and In you All!”
(Ephesians 4:3-6!)

Are we All Really "endeavouring to keep this "Unity"?

Now, unless we are mistaken, there are 3 choices of understanding
God’s Context In This Critically Important Passage!:

1) all “physical” { Wrong "unity" } = Destruction of “HIS Context," agreed?

2) “combo” of 6 Spiritual + 1 “physical,” lifted “out, and”

“isolated”

From HIS Context, to be interpreted as: “water” baptism =
Destruction { NO Unity! } Of God's Context, agreed?

3) These Seven Unities Of God's Spirit are All Spiritual, so
now we kindly/humbly ask, Is God’s ONE Baptism “Spiritual”?

Let us, Finally:
Make ONE More "Scriptural Comparison" (1 Corinthians 2 : 13!), And Ask:
“What Saith The Scripture?” And, The ONE Answer we hear, From God, IS:

For 'BY' ONE Spirit are we all Baptized Into ONE Body, whether
we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; And Have
Been ALL Made To Drink Into ONE Spirit!"
(1 Corinthians 12:13 KJB!)

UNITED! Or Severely Divided?

If This "ONE BAPTISM" Is Not = The OPERATION Of God,”
then we would have to concede that it is:

men & religion with ‘water' that saves us – any takers?

{ Please advise: Is it not sin to take God’s “Spiritual Operation" Of "ONE
Baptism," and for men To “ADD to IT Or Replace IT with” water? Is this
[ Wrongly Combining, instead of "Rightly Dividing, God's Word of Truth" ]
not why the “weak And Severely Divided Church” is Thoroughly Confused? }

“For God Is not The Author of confusion, but Of PEACE,
as in ALL churches of the saints!” (1 Corinthians 14:33 KJB!)
Amen?

Thus, All True Believers who come to God, In The Way God Has
Prescribed In His HOLY WORD, By The Gospel Of The GRACE Of God,
And Place Complete 100% faith In:

The LORD JESUS CHRIST, In HIS Precious BLOOD, And In HIS Resurrection!

Will ALWAYS have spiritual UNITY!, In:

God's “Spiritual OPERATION” Of Eternal Salvation For EverMore! Amen?

Are All in "agreement With God" with your Final Verdict Of HIS Truth!?
(1 Corinthians 1:9-18 cp Romans 15:6; Philippians 1:27!)

IF so, could that Really be the start of practical earthly UNITY Of
The Already "spiritually UNITED ( members one of another!” ), Church
{ In Heaven! }, Which Is HIS Body, Of CHRIST!? (Ephesians 4:3 KJB!)

And, That "fellowship Based On" our mutual FAITH In CHRIST!
{ instead of VARIOUS Unsound water doctrines! } Amen?

Please pray for this “Unity Of The Spirit In The Bond Of Peace!” And,
thanks kindly For Your Patient Review of This Critically Important study!

ONE BAPTISM Video IF you wish...

And, Please Be Very RICHLY Blessed!
==========================================================
LORD JESUS, thank You for This Precious Word Of Truth That Has Solved my
"confusion." May This Also be used for the Encouragement of Many others.
Amen.
Your assertions and assumptions are incorrect and inconsistent with the bible.
The one baptism is without doubt, that of water immersion.

And the 1Cor passage you quoted according to the The original Greek says, "in one Spirit" not "by one Spirit".

Was the Ethiopian eunuch baptized in as recoreded in Acts 8? It was water. Tell Philip he was wrong.

Is God’s Doctrine of ONE Baptism, as many think, water?
Paul already said that there was a doctrine of "baptisms" (plural). Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. (Hebrews 6:2) Since Paul was writing by divine inspiration, you will need to change your false ideas about baptism and accept "the doctrines of baptisms" (plural) as the truth.

So how many baptisms are there for believers? The Bible says that there are THREE BAPTISMS (and that does not include the baptism of John the Baptizer which was strictly for Israel).

1. THE BAPTISM WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT (Christ is the divine Baptizer). This is also called "the gift of the Holy Ghost" given to all who repent and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. This is spiritual and this is the "one baptism" mentioned in Ephesians.

2. THE BAPTISM BY THE HOLY SPIRIT (the Holy Spirit is the divine Baptizer). This is when the Holy Spirit places (immerses therefore baptizes) the believer into the Body of Christ. This too is spiritual.

3. CHRISTIAN BAPTISM BY IMMERSION (another Christian is the baptizer). This is the baptism discussed in Romans 6, where the new convert identifies himself/herself with the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ by going under water and coming up out of water. Water does not wash away sins (as some mistakenly teach) but this is the first step of obedience to Christ because this is His commandment. Therefore Peter commanded the Gentiles to be baptized.

This is So important for people to get -------so worth repeating this

Water does not wash away sins (as some mistakenly teach

Also I add --

Neither can a any Priest absolve your sins in a confessional booth -------or at your end of Life as some teach ----

The Blood of Jesus is what absolves sins and if you do not Receive Jesus as your Lord and Saviour you will go to Hell ------If you reject Jesus the Son --then your reject The Father and The Holy Spirit as all are ONE ------then your SOL for Heaven -----you have no Recourse -----

The Holy Spirit as Water
SCRIPTURE READING — JOHN 7:37-39

The Holy Spirit is called the Living Water in Scripture -----
Rivers of living water” represent the Holy Spirit's presence and power poured out on Jesus' followers. The Spirit's presence points to his cleansing and sanctifying work in the hearts of God's children.

The New Testament uses water as an image of the Holy Spirit. On the last day of the Festival of Tabernacles, the setting described in John 7, a priest would use a golden pitcher to draw water from the Well of Siloam and pour it out at the foot of the altar while worshipers sang the Hallel of praise and thanksgiving from Psalms 113-118. On this particular occasion in John 7, over the din of the crowd, Jesus announces the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

“Rivers of living water” represent the Holy Spirit’s presence and power poured out on Jesus’ followers. The Spirit’s presence points to his cleansing and sanctifying work in the hearts of God’s children. The Spirit’s power points to the spiritual ability to know, follow, and glorify Jesus and to participate in his coming kingdom. The Spirit’s presence and power flow out of the believer’s heart like water in a parched world.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

John 7:37-39
Now on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.

Really? Why would you have to "arise" and "be" anything at all? "Be" infers YOU must do something as well as does "arise", not the Holy Spirit. Surely the Holy Spirit can "wash" your sins while you're seated and without you having to "be" anything, right? You're illogical and do not understand this scripture nor related ones as well obviously.

Mark 16:15-16

15And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

Updated version: God’s Doctrine of One Baptism Under His Amazing Grace!

Precious friends, my apologies for all THE CAPS yelling in the previous
version ( He's Still 'Working on me' ), so, if I may correct the error of my
ways - Briefly:

Today, In God's Context Of Mystery / Grace:

There Is Only One Baptism = "By" The One Spirit = God's Operation,
Spiritually
Identifying members In (The One Body Of) Christ!
(Ephesians_4:5; Colossians_2:12; Galatians_3:27;
Romans_6:3-4; ►►► 1 Corinthians 12:13 KJB ◄◄◄)

-------------------------------------------------

Expanded Version, For your Edification/spiritual Building Up!, follows:

God’s Doctrine of One Baptism Under His Amazing Grace!

Grace and Peace! To All Dear Readers who have Persevered
through the many previous (12) baptisms, and have come to
this point of Weighing All Of God’s Scriptural Evidence In His
Very Critically Important Doctrine Of Baptisms!

Is God’s Doctrine of One Baptism, as many think, water?

We are Spiritually Identified With ( Baptized Into ) Christ, His

Romans 6:4 ...Buried With Him By Baptism Into Death!

Romans 6:6 ...Crucified ( Jesus' Death Baptism? ) With Him! - And also:

“For as many of you as Have Been Baptized Into
Christ Have Put On Christ!” (Galatians 3:27)
How does a physical ritual "Baptize us into a Spiritual Organism"?

In addition, there is No water Found “In God's Context” Of Any Of
These Baptism Passages! }. Precious friend(s), do you Agree With God?
Or, can we simply Add/Infer water into His Context 'to fit' another view?

With The SuperNatural Help Of The Blessed Holy Spirit, And Comparing
Spiritual Scripture With Spiritual Scriptures (1 Corinthians 2:13),
This One Baptism Makes us Spiritually:

Complete In Him, Who Is The Head of all principality and power!”
(Colossians 2:10), having:
“...The Circumcision Made Without { God’s Operation? }
...The Circumcision Of Christ!” (Colossians 2:11), And Spiritually:
“Buried With Him In Baptism, Wherein Also ye Are Risen With
Him Through The Faith Of The Operation Of God, Who
Hath Raised Him From The Dead!” (Colossians 2:12)
And Further:

“Not by works of righteousness { water? } which we have done, But
According To His Mercy He Saved us By The Washing of Regeneration
{ Operation Of God’s BLOOD? }, And Renewing Of The Holy Ghost!”
(Titus 3:5)

“Which He Shed on us Abundantly Through Jesus Christ our Saviour!”
(Titus 3:6)

This Should “Complete The Spiritual Operation” of The Triune GodHead,
But, Are we done “Comparing All The Scriptures” Of The One Baptism?
All diligent students Should see That, In:

The Revelation Of The Mystery (Gospel Of Grace For 'us Today'),
with a Prayerful and Careful study, Rightly Divided, God Teaches:

Ephesians 4:5 Clearly States: “...One Lord, one faith, One Baptism...”
{perchance Paul was mistaken, and he really meant two?}

So:
What Saith The Holy Scriptures “In It's Context,” About This One Baptism?:

“Endeavouring to keep The Unity Of The Spirit in the bond of Peace!
There is One Body, and One Spirit, even as ye are called in One hope
of your calling; One Lord, One faith, One Baptism, One God And Father
of All, Who Is Above All, and through All, and In you All!”
(Ephesians 4:3-6)
Are we All Really "endeavouring to keep this Unity"?

Now, unless we are mistaken, there are 3 choices of under-
standing God’s Context In This Critically Important Passage!:

1) all 'physical' { Wrong 'unity' } = Destruction of His Context, agreed?

2) combo of 6 Spiritual + 1 'physical,' lifted out, and:

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . isolated

From His Context, to be 'interpreted' as: 'water' baptism =
Destruction { No Unity! } Of God's Context, agreed?

3) These Seven Unities Of God's Spirit are All Spiritual, so
now we kindly/humbly ask, Is God’s One Baptism “Spiritual”?

Let us, Finally:

Make One More Scriptural Comparison (1 Corinthians 2:13), And Ask:
What Saith The Scripture? And, The One Answer we hear, From God, Is:

"For 'By' One Spirit are we all Baptized Into One Body, whether
we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; And Have
Been All Made To Drink Into One Spirit!" (1 Corinthians 12:13)

United! Or Severely Divided?

If This "One Baptism" Is Not = “The Operation Of God,”
then we would have to concede that it is:

men & religion with ‘water' that saves us, Under Grace – any takers?

{ Please advise: Is it not sin to take God’s “Spiritual Operation Of One
Baptism," and for men To 'add to It or replace It with' water? Is this
[ Wrongly Combining, instead of "Rightly Dividing, God's Word of Truth" ]
not why the 'weak And Severely Divided Church' is So Thoroughly
Confused? }

“For God is not the author of confusion, but
[ Is The Author ] Of Peace, as in All churches
of the saints!” (1 Corinthians 14:33)

(1 Corinthians 1:9-18 cp Romans 15:6; Philippians 1:27)

IF so, could that Really be the start of practical earthly unity for
The Already "spiritually united ( members one of another!” ), Church
{ In Heaven! }, Which Is His Body, Of Christ!? (Ephesians 4:3 KJB)

And, That "fellowship Based On" our mutual 'faith In Christ'!
{ instead of Many Various Unsound water doctrines! } Amen?

Updated version: God’s Doctrine of One Baptism Under His Amazing Grace!

Precious friends, my apologies for all THE CAPS yelling in the previous
version ( He's Still 'Working on me' ), so, if I may correct the error of my
ways - Briefly:

Today, In God's Context Of Mystery / Grace:

There Is Only One Baptism = "By" The One Spirit = God's Operation,
Spiritually
Identifying members In (The One Body Of) Christ!
(Ephesians_4:5; Colossians_2:12; Galatians_3:27;
Romans_6:3-4; ►►► 1 Corinthians 12:13 KJB ◄◄◄)

-------------------------------------------------

Expanded Version, For your Edification/spiritual Building Up!, follows:

God’s Doctrine of One Baptism Under His Amazing Grace!

Grace and Peace! To All Dear Readers who have Persevered
through the many previous (12) baptisms, and have come to
this point of Weighing All Of God’s Scriptural Evidence In His
Very Critically Important Doctrine Of Baptisms!

Is God’s Doctrine of One Baptism, as many think, water?

We are Spiritually Identified With ( Baptized Into ) Christ, His
Crucifixion, His
Death, His Burial, And His Resurrection!

“...The Circumcision Made Without { God’s Operation? }
...The Circumcision Of Christ!” (Colossians 2:11), And Spiritually:

{perchance Paul was mistaken, and he really meant two?}

Confused? }

“For God is not the author of confusion, but
[ Is The Author ] Of Peace, as in All churches
of the saints!” (1 Corinthians 14:33)

Very simply and without anyelaborate explanations, the one baptism is by immersion in water. God doesn't make things complicated or hard to understand, he makes it simple to understand, so simple that those in biblical times clearly understood. Read the account of the conversion of the Ethiopian eunuch in Acts 8. He was preached Christ by Philip, he inquired about baptism because they were near water, so it's obvious that Philip's preaching of the gospel to him included the subject of baptism and it's need aa relates to salvation, he confessed his belief in Christ, and was immediately baptized in water. It's that simple and doesn't require any modern day revelation by God.

Your assertions and assumptions are incorrect and inconsistent with the bible. The one baptism is without doubt, that of water immersion.
The "one" baptism mentioned along with one Body and one Spirit is in fact the baptism "with" and then "by" the Holy Spirit. It is spiritual. But this thread is attempting to do away with water baptism, and that is the real error. It is a part of Hyper-Dispensationalism.

4There is one Body,
and one Spirit,
even as ye are called in
one hope of your calling;

5One Lord,
one faith,
one baptism,

6One God and Father of all,
who is above all,
and through all,
and in you all.

When Christ baptizes us with the Holy Spirit, we receive the gift of the Spirit. When the Holy Spirit baptizes us into the one Body, then we become a part of the Body of Christ. One could say this is simultaneously. But Christ's commandment to be baptized remains as long as the Church is on this earth.

There is only one baptism that places us into the body of Christ and that is Spirit baptism, not water baptism.

Ephesians 4:5 - one Lord, one faith, one baptism.

1 Corinthians 12:13 - For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body--whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free--and have all been made to drink into one Spirit. *Also see John 4:10,14; 7:37 for the word drink(s).

How is one baptized with the Spirit? What scriptures tells how this happens?

Acts2:38-47 tells you how one becomes part of the body of Christ. Gal 3:26 tells us we're baptized into Christ and thereby put on Christ.

And you said "Christ's commandment to be baptized" which infers it's something we do being commanded to do so, not him doing it, which contradicts your statement "when the Holy Spirit BAPTIZES us into the one Body", which infers it's not we that are doing it but rather the Holy Spirit, contradicting it being a commandment to us to follow.

Your logic is flawed by your own inconsistent words which don't agree with scripture .

There is no inconsistency. The baptism with the Holy Spirit is supernatural, while water baptism is not. Both baptism apply.

Back to the very first question of mine above. How does it happen? What scriptures tell you how a person is baptized by the Spirit?

Do we need to know the mechanics of it, or just the fact it happens?
  • Matthew 3:11: "He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit"
  • Mark 1:8: "He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit"
  • Luke 3:16: "He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit"

Romans 8-9

You can say it happens, but what scriptures tell you that? The fact of the matter is, people erroneously view the example as that on the day of Pentecost in Acts 2:1-4 when the Holy Spirit fell on the apostles who then began speaking in tongues. Is this the scripture you rely upon? If so, then as stated, it's erroneously done so. We today are NOT baptized by the Holy Ghost/Spirit as such, but rather receive the gift of the Holy Ghost/Spirit upon baptism into Christ, not some miraculous manifestation of the Spirit, but rather the Spirit itself which then is indwelling within us. This is why I asked the question: and YES, it is important to rely upon scriptures to support your beliefs.

Baptism into Christ is not reliant upon earthly water.

Really? That's not what scriptures say. There is only one way that a person becomes a member of the body of Christ and that is by immersion in water: baptism.
