"Thy right hand, O LORD, is become glorious in power" Exodus 15:6
What we have in the Bible is the use of figures of speech, which means the form in which words are used, not just any words because these words are taught by the Holy Spirit; 1.Cor 2:3. 1 Pet. 1:21.
the figure of speech is used out of its ordinary sense, or place, or manner, for the purpose of attacting attention to what is thus said, a figure of speech is designed to emphasise what is said, it is a legitimate departure from the law of language in oreder to emphasise, this is more true in a real sense rather than less true, and is figurative, and figurative for the fact of emphasis, intensity, volume in speech and the pattern of words.
Anthropopatheia; condescension. Ascibes to God what belongs to human and rational beings, irrational creatures, or inanimate things.
The Throne of God, does not literally have a right hand, but the figurative use of the words emphasise the power of the postion, the 'right hand' is the stongest highest position of the Throne, and that position is occupied by Jesus Christ.
