God's plan for sex includes one man and one woman. It was intended to be a unspoken conversational, ministerial exchange between man and woman. Anything else is a deviation from His plan
Amen. I agree 100 %. anything else goes against God's design. and will do nothing but damage us. Gods wants what is good for us. Not for us to make mistakes which can destroy us and those around us.

Let God be true and every man a liar. His word is true. If we don't believe that, we mine as well throw in the towel.

When Jesus said go and sin no more. He meant it.
Why would God ask us to do the impossible? That wouldn't be just.
he said go and do not do this anymore. yet I see you have failed to look at the rest of what happened.

1. A woman, who was a prostitute ran to Christ.
2. men who thought they were righteous tried to accuse her of sin, and demanded she be stoned as per mosaic law.
3. Jesus asked for the one who had no sin to cast the first stone. None of them did. because they all knew they had sin.
4. The woman did not ask for Christs forgiveness. he gave it anyway.
5. The woman did not admit she was a prostitute, Jesus said he did not condemn her anyway.
6. Jesus said she was forgiven, not condemned. And told her to go and stop doing what she was accused of. Not so she could be saved, she was already saved. but so she could have the life God wanted her to have free of sexual sin.

so let me ask you foundthetruth. are you free of sin that you think you can stone those people who are struggling with sin? Who gives you the right to condemn anyone?

We are not saved by works, but by Christ, but taking his grace as an excuse to sin is not the truth. Under your theology you would argue that all Christians are going to go to heaven. Its clear in Matthew 7 that there will be many Christians in hell. Read 1 Peter 4:18 "And if scarcely the righteous be saved, where can the ungodly and sinner appear?" Scarcely the righteous be saved? That should make you work out your salvation with fear and trembling.
yet you are teaching a salvation of works by saying people must do the hard work of overcoming our sin in order to be saved. Your telling people it is our works of righteousness which save us. Not our faith in the one who can.

Your right/ and your wrong.

1. No christian will go to hell. Many impostors will
2. Not everyone who professes to be christian are christian. there are some who think they are but believe in a licentious gospel. that all we have to do is say the sinners prayer and by magic we are in. we are free to live our life however we please and God will save us anyway. These people have not repented. nor do they trust Christ. they think they need no savior. Then there are those who are trying to work their way in by being good, doing works, stopping sin, getting baptized, going to church etc etc. These people will miss out to because they are not trusitng Christ to save them. they are trusting their works.

All my good works are as filthy rags. Obeying the commandments doesn't save me, but in 1 John we are told that if we say we know him (Jesus) and keep not his commandments, then we are LIARS, and the truth is not in us.
You trying to be a good bou and abeyin gthe law is works. Those are the filthy rags your trying to give God and demand he let you in because you have done them (even though you say this is not what you are doing, you are only fooling yourself)

The same John said that if we say we are sinless we deceive ourselves and truth is not in us. So which part of what John said is right? calling ourself sinners we are liars. But we must live sinless lives? Do you see the contradiction you have made by not studying Gods word? God does want us to follow his commands. He does not expect us to be perfect. If he did he would have taken our flesh away, and all temptation away. he has given us the ability to overcome sin. He has not promised or demanded we will do this 100 percent. If we could do this. Christ would not have needed to come, because we could save ourselves.

This is not a false gospel, this is the whole gospel, wake up brother, the wages of sin is death, if we are not walking after the Spirit and are walking after the flesh, we are under the law and in condemnation. We should say and believe in our hearts, "I will never sin again, I can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens me." Now if we do sin, we quickly repent, repent and turn from it, confess and admit to God he is right and that it is wrong and believe through Jesus Christ we never have to sin again. It is possible, if it weren't, Jesus wouldn't have said, "Go and sin no more."
what you just posted in this paragraph is a gospel of the law. not of Grace. The law says if you sin, you are guilty and condemned. And must make up for this sin to have this sin forgiven. Grace says we are no longer condemned. Paul says Christ took all the things which were against us, Contrary to us, Condemned us and nailed them to the cross. Look to Jesus my friend. you being good will not save you. You will never bee good enough to earn salvation. EVER.

I notice that also, but I am praying for Eg to realize the truth of obedience toGod.

Like I said last night. You don't need to pray for me. I am obedient to God. I do strive to live a life worthy of his blessings (not his salvation. I will never be worthy of this) I have a joy an peace you can only dream of. I pray you find this peace one day. But I fear you wont./ and for this I am saddened.

Let me ask you. in my 30 years as a christian I have noticed that people who condemn others for a particular sin either.

1. Struggle with that sin, or
2. Struggle with another sin. but condemn people who they feel have worse sins in their lives so they can feel better about doing the sins they think are not so bad.

which one are you? Do you struggle with masturbation? Or are you using this as an excuse to continue committing the sin in your life which you are either blind to. or want to excuse because you are not like the sinner who enjoys to masturbate?

If you find yourself sinning, whether it be big or small, in thought or in deed; do you confess it before God?

why do people think their words will convict another of their hypothetical sin without the unction of the Holy Spirit to empower the words to cut through the lies and self deception and place in their hearts godly sorrow that leads to repentance?

what motivates the heart of men to speak condemnation of people they have not even meet instead of prayers to overcome any darkness and convict by the HOLY Spirit for any sin and God's words of salvation?

were are the humble hearts and esteeming others higher then oneself?

Luke 16:15
And He said to them, “You are those who justify yourselves before men, but God knows your hearts. For what is highly esteemed among men is an abomination in the sight of God.

Hebrews 11

1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 For by it the elders obtained a good testimony.
3 By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.

You dont even believe it is possible to obey God and you rage against all who do. how then can you say you obey Him?

See you prove you don't listen. I am not raging against them. I have admited I am trying to be like this. And others should as well. But you can't see or here this because your blinded by your own supposed truth.

I am speaking against a false gospel of works. Why don't you try listen to me for once. See what it is I believe. And you won;t continue to make false accusations like you keep doing!

You have said what you believe enough that if you back off of it now, doesnt mean that you do not believe what you have already stated.

It isn't saying masturbation explicitly, lust doesn't = masturbation nor masturbation = lust. Lust in the context of the verse that you quoted is dealing with adultery & divorce....

Not to offend anyone here, but it more sounds like that you are trying to justify your sin of masturbation.

Masturbation is a sin because you are lusting in your heart. If you didn't have the lust in your heart, then you wouldn't be masturbating.

The Bible is clear that even any sexual thoughts are sin.

Oh grow up why don't you..

Just talking Bible talk. That is the problem, people don't think that we have to live by the Bible standards anymore, when God never changes and his difiniton of sin is still the same.

You commit a sexual sin, you are sinning against the temple of the Holy Ghost, I don't think God changed His mind concernig this, so maybe you should grow up a little and study what the scripture say instead of justifing your self.

Dan, it does say that even if we look lustfully at a woman, we have already committed adultery in our heart... but that verse only talks of the visualization, and not the physical manifestation of that thought, so this question comes into the thread:

can a person masturbate without using lust as a tool?

You wouldn't know a Bible standard if it fell out of the sky and crushed your head. You only tell yourself sex is dirty because you couldn't get laid in a brothel. Go suck an egg.

Where is it described as sin in the verses you quoted above?

doing anything that God has spoken against or said you should not do is sin... he gave us brains for a reason. he doesnt have to baby talk us and tell us exactly whats sin and whats not

Perhaps you can post the verses where God condemns it? That should be interesting.
